安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖工藝優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著安塞油田大部分區(qū)塊都進(jìn)入水驅(qū)開發(fā)的中后期,油井含水越來(lái)越高,產(chǎn)量遞減越來(lái)越快,但地下可采儲(chǔ)量仍然較大,如何提高中高含水期油田開采效益已成為油田關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。本研究以長(zhǎng)10油藏作為研究對(duì)象,開展儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖工藝優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究,通過(guò)理論分析、室內(nèi)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)與工藝優(yōu)化,明確影響長(zhǎng)10油藏儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖效果的關(guān)鍵因素,獲得儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖最佳時(shí)機(jī)以及礦場(chǎng)實(shí)用的決策方法;建立長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖劑選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與工藝參數(shù)計(jì)算模型,提出合理的調(diào)剖工藝與施工步驟,最終形成一套適合安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖工藝優(yōu)化方法,為礦場(chǎng)調(diào)剖施工提供指導(dǎo)與技術(shù)支撐。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下三個(gè)方面:(1)安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層注水開發(fā)與調(diào)剖現(xiàn)狀分析通過(guò)分析安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層巖石、流體物性以及目前注水開發(fā)與調(diào)剖現(xiàn)狀,在具體分析影響調(diào)剖效果因素基礎(chǔ)上明確長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層注水低效與調(diào)剖效果差的原因與機(jī)制。(2)安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖時(shí)機(jī)選擇研究從長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層地質(zhì)特征和生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)出發(fā),建立礦場(chǎng)實(shí)用的注水井調(diào)剖決策方法,并通過(guò)長(zhǎng)管模型驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)和平板模型驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)模擬調(diào)剖時(shí)機(jī)對(duì)長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層注水剖面與原油采收率的影響,明確長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖最優(yōu)時(shí)機(jī)。(3)安塞油田長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層儲(chǔ)層調(diào)剖工藝優(yōu)化方法研究根據(jù)長(zhǎng)10儲(chǔ)層物性、流體性質(zhì)等因素,結(jié)合室內(nèi)巖心流動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn),建立調(diào)剖劑選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與工藝參數(shù)方法,為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)剖施工提供有效指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:As most of the blocks in Ansai Oilfield enter the middle and late stages of water drive development, the water cut of oil wells is getting higher and higher, and the production is decreasing faster and faster, but the underground recoverable reserves are still large.How to improve the production efficiency of middle and high water cut oil field has become a focus of attention.This study takes Chang10 reservoir as the research object, carries out the research on the optimization technology of reservoir profile control technology. Through theoretical analysis, laboratory simulation experiments and process optimization, the key factors that affect the reservoir profile control effect of Chang 10 reservoir are identified.The optimal time for profile control in reservoir and the practical decision method in mine field are obtained, the selection standard and calculation model of parameters of profile control agent for Chang 10 reservoir are established, and the reasonable profile control technology and construction steps are put forward.Finally, a set of optimization method for profile control technology of Chang10 reservoir in Ansai oilfield is formed, which provides guidance and technical support for profile control construction in mine field.The specific research contents include the following three aspects: 1) the current situation of water injection development and profile control of Chang 10 reservoir in Ansai Oilfield. Through the analysis of rock, fluid physical properties and current situation of water injection development and profile control in Chang 10 reservoir in Ansai Oilfield,On the basis of specific analysis of the factors affecting profile control effect, the causes and mechanism of low water injection efficiency and poor profile control effect in Chang 10 reservoir are determined. The study on the timing of profile control in Chang 10 reservoir in Ansai Oilfield is based on the geological characteristics and production performance data of Chang 10 reservoir.A practical profile control decision method for water injection wells in mine field is established, and the effect of profile control time on injection profile and oil recovery of Chang10 reservoir is simulated by long tube model flooding experiment and flat model oil displacement laboratory.Study on optimizing method of profile Control Technology for Chang10 Reservoir in Ansai Oilfield according to physical property and fluid property of Chang 10 reservoir, combined with indoor core flow experiment,The selection standard and process parameter method of profile control agent are established to provide effective guidance for field profile control construction.
