基于電功圖的皮帶式抽油機井工況診斷新模型

【摘要】:為了解決示功圖無法判別抽油機井地面設備工況、實時測量和維護成本高等問題,推導建立了基于電功圖的皮帶式抽油機井工況診斷新模型。根據(jù)能量守恒原理和皮帶式抽油機懸點運動規(guī)律,建立抽油機井地面示功圖計算電功圖的數(shù)學模型。基于該模型,建立11種皮帶式抽油機井典型工況下的電功圖圖版,并對電功圖圖版進行特征分析和特征值提取,建立基于特征值的電功圖工況診斷模型,F(xiàn)場實例計算分析表明:計算得到的電功圖與實測電功圖基本一致,上沖程平臺功率值、下沖程平臺功率值和功率曲線的平均相對誤差分別為6.32%、7.16%和5.81%;電功圖診斷結果與根據(jù)示功圖進行井下工況診斷結果的符合率為100%,且電功圖能夠準確地判別抽油機井地面設備的工況。研究結果能提高工況診斷結果的可靠度與診斷范圍,為采油系統(tǒng)智能分析和優(yōu)化決策提供技術支持。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as high cost of real time measurement and maintenance, etc. A new working condition diagnosis model of belt pumping unit based on electric power diagram is established. According to the principle of energy conservation and the movement law of suspension point of belt pumping unit, a mathematical model for calculating electric power diagram of pumping unit well surface is established. The electric work chart of 11 kinds of belt pumping well under typical working condition is established, and the feature analysis and characteristic value extraction of the electric work chart are carried out. A diagnosis model of electric power diagram based on eigenvalue is established. The calculation and analysis of field examples show that the calculated electric power diagram is basically consistent with the measured electric power diagram, and the power value of the upper stroke platform is obtained. The average relative error of the power value and power curve of the downstroke platform is 6.327.16% and 5.81% respectively, the coincidence rate between the diagnosis result of electric power diagram and the diagnosis result of downhole working condition based on indicator diagram is 100, and the electric power diagram can accurately distinguish the pumping well. The results of the study can improve the reliability and diagnostic range of the diagnostic results of the working conditions. It provides technical support for intelligent analysis and optimization decision of oil recovery system.
