高壓大直徑深水模擬試驗艙自適應密封設計與分析

【摘要】:為解決海洋深水高壓模擬試驗艙在大直徑(2 500 mm)、高壓(40 MPa)下的密封問題,基于雙筒式結構受內(nèi)壓后內(nèi)外層變形協(xié)調(diào)機理,設計了一種新型自適應膨脹式密封裝置。根據(jù)推導的自適應膨脹式密封的徑向補償間隙理論計算公式,確定了既定密封圈厚度、高壓艙艙體與膨脹圈的主體尺寸以及初始徑向間隙值,在此基礎上開展了高壓大直徑深水模擬試驗艙自封式密封效果數(shù)值模擬與密封性能試驗檢測,結果表明所設計的自適應膨脹式密封裝置能滿足額定工作壓力下高壓艙的徑向密封與端面密封要求,采用自適應膨脹密封設計的高壓大直徑深水模擬試驗艙能夠滿足最高52.5 MPa試驗壓力下的密封要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the sealing problem of ocean deep water high pressure simulation test chamber under the condition of large diameter of 2 500 mm / m and high pressure of 40 MPA, based on the deformation coordination mechanism of the inner and outer layers of the double cylinder structure subjected to internal pressure, A new type of adaptive expansion seal device is designed. According to the theoretical calculation formula of radial compensation clearance of adaptive expansion seal, the thickness of the seal ring is determined. On the basis of the main dimensions and initial radial clearance of the bulkhead and the expansion ring, the self-sealing effect of the high-pressure and large-diameter deep-water simulated test chamber was simulated and the sealing performance test was carried out. The results show that the self-adaptive expansion sealing device can meet the requirements of radial seal and end face seal of high pressure chamber under rated working pressure. The high pressure large diameter deep water simulated test chamber designed with adaptive expansion seal can meet the sealing requirements under the test pressure of up to 52. 5 MPa.
