耐高溫超低濃度納米胍膠壓裂液性能評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:致密砂巖儲(chǔ)層孔滲低、物性差,必須經(jīng)過水力壓裂改造后才能具有較好的產(chǎn)能。為了降低施工成本和壓裂液對儲(chǔ)層的傷害,同時(shí)在高溫條件下具有良好的耐剪切性能和破膠性能,需要研發(fā)一種耐高溫、低傷害的壓裂液體系。以改性納米二氧化硅為交聯(lián)劑,對新型耐高溫超低濃度納米二氧化硅壓裂液性能進(jìn)行了較為全面的評價(jià)研究。結(jié)果表明,該壓裂液體系在135℃條件下剪切2 h后平均黏度為100 m Pa·s,具有良好的攜砂能力。破膠液殘?jiān)|(zhì)量為常規(guī)胍膠壓裂液質(zhì)量的37.2%,破膠液的表面張力小,具有良好的返排性,壓裂液與地層水配伍性好。超低濃度納米胍膠壓裂液大幅降低了對地層的傷害程度,適用于低滲的致密砂巖儲(chǔ)層。
[Abstract]:The porosity and permeability of tight sandstone reservoir is low, and its physical property is poor. In order to reduce the cost of operation and the damage of fracturing fluid to reservoir, it is necessary to have good productivity after hydraulic fracturing. At the same time, it is necessary to develop a kind of fracturing liquid system with high temperature resistance and low damage. The modified nano-silica is used as crosslinking agent. The properties of a new type of nano-silica fracturing fluid with high temperature resistance and ultra-low concentration have been comprehensively evaluated.
