【摘要】:在水驅(qū)和聚合物驅(qū)過程中,沉降析出在罐底的含油污泥處理和利用一直是國內(nèi)油田亟待解決的技術(shù)難題。據(jù)初步統(tǒng)計(jì),大慶油田在油水分離過程中每年會(huì)產(chǎn)生數(shù)萬方含油污泥。由于含油污泥內(nèi)不僅含有油和黏土,而且還含有多種有害化學(xué)物質(zhì),隨意排放會(huì)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境尤其是地表水源造成嚴(yán)重污染。隨著油田含水的不斷升高,污泥排放量也將不斷增加。同時(shí),隨著人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的加強(qiáng)和國家環(huán)保法令法規(guī)的不斷健全,污泥無害化處理愈來愈受到人們的重視,已成為各油田重點(diǎn)研究的課題。本文分析了污泥采集與組成分析及污泥聚合物溶液組成,設(shè)計(jì)了泥土顆粒巖心流動(dòng)性能實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)污泥聚合物溶液調(diào)驅(qū)效果,污泥聚合物溶液傳輸和轉(zhuǎn)向能力進(jìn)行研究,后進(jìn)行了含油污泥調(diào)剖施工與并分析其效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of water flooding and polymer flooding, the treatment and utilization of oily sludge precipitated at the bottom of the tank has always been a technical problem to be solved urgently in domestic oilfields. In Daqing Oilfield, tens of thousands of oily sludge are produced every year in the process of oil-water separation. Because the oily sludge contains not only oil and clay, but also a variety of harmful chemicals. Random discharge will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment, especially to surface water sources. With the increasing water content in oil fields, sludge discharge will also continue to increase. At the same time, with the strengthening of people's environmental protection awareness and the continuous improvement of national environmental protection laws and regulations, More and more attention has been paid to the harmless treatment of sludge, which has become an important research topic in various oilfields. In this paper, the collection and composition of sludge and the composition of polymer solution of sludge are analyzed, and the experiment on the fluidity of soil granular core is designed. The effect of sludge polymer solution flooding control, sludge polymer solution transfer and steering ability were studied. After that, the profile control of oily sludge was carried out and its effect was analyzed.
