二苯胺烷基化催化劑的改性及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有二苯胺烷基化生產(chǎn)工藝中白土催化劑用量大、廢渣多、產(chǎn)品攜帶多、污染嚴(yán)重的缺點(diǎn),利用合適濃度的酸對(duì)白土催化劑進(jìn)行改性,在保證催化劑裂解能力的情況下,提高了催化劑的烷基化能力。對(duì)改性催化劑性能進(jìn)行分析,確定了改性催化劑的實(shí)際使用條件,并在工業(yè)裝置上進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得到理化指標(biāo)、抗氧性能與現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品相當(dāng)?shù)墓I(yè)品,表明改進(jìn)后的催化劑能夠滿足現(xiàn)有工藝的需要,并達(dá)到了降低污染、提高產(chǎn)量和效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantages of large amount of clay catalyst, more waste residue, more products carried and serious pollution in the existing production process of diphenylamine alkylation, the clay catalyst was modified with appropriate concentration of acid to ensure the cracking ability of the catalyst. The alkylation ability of the modified catalyst was improved. The performance of the modified catalyst was analyzed, the practical application conditions of the modified catalyst were determined, and the physical and chemical indexes were obtained. The results show that the improved catalyst can meet the needs of the existing process and achieve the purpose of reducing pollution and increasing the yield and efficiency.
