【摘要】:由聚合物和表面活性劑組成的聚表二元復(fù)合體系在解決油田開采方面的技術(shù)難題上得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,尤其是對(duì)高含水期的油田,并且得到了廣泛的認(rèn)可,能夠大幅度的提高整體的原油采出量,得到了更廣泛的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。其原理是利用聚合物的曾粘特性,增加驅(qū)替相的粘度,改善流度比,能夠有效的擴(kuò)大波及體積,增加采油量;表面活性劑能夠改變油水接觸面以及和巖石骨架接觸面的界面張力,改善毛細(xì)管力以及原油分子之間的內(nèi)聚力,提高被波及體積中的洗油效率。聚合物和表面活性劑組成的聚表二元復(fù)合體系能夠從擴(kuò)大波及體積和增加洗油效率兩個(gè)方面提高整體的原油采收率。但是由于聚合物種類和表面活性劑的種類繁多,性質(zhì)方面存在差異,以及地層原油性質(zhì)、地層水礦化度和地層溫度的影響,在藥劑選擇方面需要考慮更多的因素,選擇適合油藏區(qū)塊的藥劑尤為重要。與此同時(shí),對(duì)于注入二元體系的段塞大小、注入段塞各藥劑濃度和注入時(shí)機(jī)有更為嚴(yán)格的要求,本文從藥劑的篩選以及最佳注入方式的優(yōu)選方面,篩選出適合目標(biāo)區(qū)塊的聚表二元復(fù)合體系和最佳注入?yún)?shù),為油田的開采和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的增加提供可靠地理論依據(jù),對(duì)油田生產(chǎn)具有指導(dǎo)性作用。本論文針對(duì)大港油田羊木區(qū)塊的實(shí)際油藏地質(zhì)特點(diǎn)以及區(qū)塊目前的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,通過室內(nèi)物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)方式對(duì)區(qū)塊二元復(fù)合驅(qū)開采進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)4中不同聚合物進(jìn)行粘溫、粘濃的關(guān)系測(cè)試、以及不同聚合物等溫等濃條件下、同種聚合物等濃不同溫度下的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行測(cè)試,選擇KYPAM作為二元體系的聚合物。通過對(duì)陰離子、陽離子、非離子三種類型的6中表面活性劑進(jìn)行界面張力測(cè)定、濃度測(cè)定和吸附量測(cè)定,選取濃度為0.3%的PS-2為最佳藥劑。評(píng)價(jià)不同濃度的二元體系注入能力以及與之相匹配的地層滲透率,最后優(yōu)選出最佳的注入聚合物濃度為2000mg/L,最佳注入段塞大小為0.3PV,注入時(shí)機(jī)越早越好,在含水率80%時(shí)注入,整體采收率達(dá)到了53.1%。最終給出了適合大港油田羊木區(qū)塊二元復(fù)合驅(qū)的驅(qū)替技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The polymer and surfactant binary composite system has been widely used to solve the technical problems in oilfield production, especially for high water-cut oil fields, and has been widely recognized. The principle is to increase the viscosity of the displacement phase and improve the mobility ratio, which can effectively expand the sweep volume and increase the oil production. Surfactants can change the interfacial tension of oil-water interface and interface with rock skeleton, improve capillary force and cohesion between crude oil molecules, The polymer and surfactant binary composite system can improve the overall oil recovery by increasing the sweep volume and the oil washing efficiency, but due to polymer and surfactant, the oil recovery of the whole oil can be improved by increasing the sweep volume and the oil washing efficiency. There are many kinds of complexes and surfactants, There are differences in properties, as well as the effects of formation crude oil properties, formation water salinity and formation temperature. More factors need to be considered in the selection of reagents, and it is particularly important to select chemicals suitable for reservoir blocks. There are more strict requirements for the size of slug, the concentration and timing of the injected slug. In this paper, from the aspects of the selection of medicament and the optimal injection mode, The binary composite system and the best injection parameters suitable for the target block are selected to provide a reliable theoretical basis for oil field exploitation and increase of economic benefits. This paper aims at the actual reservoir geological characteristics of Yangmu block of Dagang Oilfield and the current development situation of the block. By means of laboratory physical simulation experiment, the binary compound flooding in block is studied. The relationship between viscosity temperature, viscosity concentration and isothermal isothermal concentration of different polymers is tested. The stability of the same polymer was tested at different temperatures, and KYPAM was selected as the polymer of binary system. The interfacial tension of 6 surfactants of anionic, cationic and Nonionic types was measured. Concentration determination and adsorption capacity determination, the concentration of 0.3% PS-2 is selected as the best reagent. The injection ability of binary system with different concentrations and the corresponding formation permeability are evaluated. Finally, the optimal polymer concentration is 2000mg / L, and the optimal slug size is 0.3PV. the earlier the injection time is, the better the injection time is, when the water content is 80%, The overall recovery has reached 53.1. Finally, the displacement technology suitable for binary compound flooding in Yangmu block of Dagang Oilfield is presented.
