DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備管理存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:近幾年國際市場油價(jià)低迷,競爭加劇。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)下企業(yè)間的競爭,從外部來說是市場,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部來說就是管理。在油田企業(yè)中,活動設(shè)備起著保障油田正常生產(chǎn)、生活的作用,目前雖然引進(jìn)了一些先進(jìn)的設(shè)備管理理論和方法,但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中仍有不協(xié)調(diào)的方面,活動設(shè)備管理受傳統(tǒng)觀念重技術(shù)輕管理的影響較大,導(dǎo)致活動設(shè)備管理的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)不理想,如何打破傳統(tǒng),將先進(jìn)的設(shè)備管理理論和方法融合到生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中,制定當(dāng)前的活動設(shè)備管理對策,成為油田企業(yè)值得研究和急需解決的問題。本文首先綜述了國內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了活動設(shè)備管理的相關(guān)理論,介紹了活動設(shè)備的概念,油田企業(yè)設(shè)備管理的內(nèi)容以及TNPM管理理論,列出了和活動設(shè)備管理相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo),在對DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全方位調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,從DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備維修費(fèi)用使用情況、活動設(shè)備的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、基層員工的操作技能和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度等方面加以分析,總結(jié)了DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備管理在基礎(chǔ)管理、使用管理、保養(yǎng)管理、和維修管理四個方面存在的諸多問題,深入剖析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因,并以全面規(guī)范化生產(chǎn)維護(hù)理論為思路,針對DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)管理、使用管理、保養(yǎng)管理和維修管理逐一提出DE油田企業(yè)活動設(shè)備管理對策,如在基礎(chǔ)管理方面,完善設(shè)備管理制度;在使用管理方面,落實(shí)活動設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢制;在保養(yǎng)管理方面,要求全員參與設(shè)備保養(yǎng)工作;在設(shè)備維修管理方面,優(yōu)化活動設(shè)備維修方式等等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the price of oil in the international market has been low and the competition has intensified. In the market economy, the competition among enterprises is the market outside and the management within the enterprises. In oil field enterprises, the active equipment plays an important role in ensuring the normal production of oil fields. At present, although some advanced equipment management theories and methods have been introduced into the role of life, there is still a lack of coordination in actual production. The management of active equipment is greatly influenced by the traditional concept of attaching importance to technology and less by management. The economic indicators of active equipment management are not ideal. How to break the tradition, integrate the advanced equipment management theory and method into the production practice, and formulate the current active equipment management countermeasures, This paper first summarizes the current situation of equipment management at home and abroad, expounds the relevant theories of active equipment management, and introduces the concept of active equipment. The content of equipment management in oil field enterprises and the theory of TNPM management, the economic and technical indexes related to the management of active equipment are listed, and on the basis of the omni-directional investigation on the present situation of active equipment management in DE oil field enterprises, Based on the analysis of the cost of maintenance of active equipment in DE oilfield, the economic index of active equipment, the operating skills of grass-roots employees and the degree of attention paid by the leaders, the paper summarizes the basic management of active equipment in DE oilfield. There are many problems existing in four aspects of use management, maintenance management and maintenance management. The causes of these problems are analyzed in depth, and the basic management of the active equipment in DE oilfield enterprises is analyzed based on the theory of comprehensive standardized production and maintenance. Use management, maintenance management and maintenance management one by one, put forward the countermeasures of DE oilfield enterprise active equipment management, such as improving the equipment management system in the basic management, implementing the active equipment spot inspection system in the use management, and maintaining the management. Require all personnel to participate in the maintenance of equipment; in equipment maintenance management, optimize the maintenance of active equipment, etc.
