【摘要】：通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),研究了聚合物分子量、聚合物濃度、交聯(lián)劑用量及pH等因素對(duì)耐高溫有機(jī)交聯(lián)劑HT-2008與高分子量星形抗溫耐鹽聚合物CA-2588形成的凝膠黏度和成膠時(shí)間的影響,確定了尕斯庫(kù)勒E_3~1油藏高溫高鹽可動(dòng)凝膠調(diào)驅(qū)體系的基本配方及性能:環(huán)境掃描電子顯微鏡結(jié)果表明,高分子量星形抗溫耐鹽聚合物CA-2588和耐高溫有機(jī)交聯(lián)劑HT-2008能夠形成穩(wěn)定的互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)體型結(jié)構(gòu),該可動(dòng)凝膠體系,在礦化度為117000mg/L(且鈣鎂離子含量高達(dá)3340 mg/L),pH為7.80,實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為126℃條件下,5d時(shí)黏度達(dá)到最高值43900 mPa s,180 d時(shí)凝膠黏度為43500 mPas,耐溫耐鹽性能好,穩(wěn)定性好;通過(guò)考察不同結(jié)構(gòu)的滲吸劑相態(tài)、滲吸脫油效率和長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性等因素,確定了適用于尕斯庫(kù)勒油田E_3~1高溫高鹽油藏的3種滲吸劑LF1008,AESN70和N111-2.在尕斯庫(kù)勒油田E_3~1油藏進(jìn)行可動(dòng)凝膠.滲吸深部調(diào)驅(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用后,取得良好效果.
[Abstract]:The effects of molecular weight of polymer, concentration of polymer, amount of crosslinking agent and pH on gel viscosity and gelation time of high temperature resistant organic crosslinking agent HT-2008 and high molecular weight star temperature resistant salt resistant polymer CA-2588 were studied. The basic formula and properties of the high temperature and high salt movable gel control flooding system in Gasikul Ezhe 1 oil reservoir were determined. The results of environmental scanning electron microscope showed that, High molecular weight star-resistant and salt-tolerant polymer (CA-2588) and high temperature resistant organic crosslinking agent (HT-2008) can form a stable interpenetrating network structure.
