圖像識別技術(shù)在井架吊裝運(yùn)動測量中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了保證海洋鉆井平臺井架吊裝過程的安全性,本文基于機(jī)器視覺的圖像識別技術(shù),開展了井架吊裝運(yùn)動的非接觸測量方法研究。該方法以歸一化的圖像灰度信息為基礎(chǔ),采用模板匹配算法進(jìn)行圖像匹配;在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)圖像像素距離和特征長度的比尺確定動態(tài)目標(biāo)的運(yùn)動位移;根據(jù)海洋石油981平臺的井架吊裝方案,制定了井架運(yùn)動測量方案,完成了基于圖像識別技術(shù)的井架吊裝過程的運(yùn)動狀態(tài)監(jiān)測。研究結(jié)果表明:基于圖像識別技術(shù)的測量精度滿足井架吊裝運(yùn)動測量需求,保證井架吊裝的安全性。研究拓寬了圖像識別技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,建立的測量方法可用于船舶與海洋工程領(lǐng)域其他大型分段和設(shè)備的吊裝運(yùn)動測量。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of Derrick hoisting process of offshore drilling platform, the non-contact measurement method of Derrick hoisting motion is studied based on the image recognition technology of machine vision. The method is based on normalized image grayscale information. Based on the template matching algorithm, the moving displacement of the dynamic target is determined according to the scale of pixel distance and feature length of the image, and the Derrick hoisting scheme of the offshore oil 981 platform is adopted. The motion measurement scheme of Derrick is established, and the motion state monitoring of Derrick hoisting process based on image recognition technology is completed. The research results show that the measurement accuracy based on image recognition technology can meet the requirements of Derrick hoisting motion measurement. In order to ensure the safety of Derrick hoisting, the research broadens the application field of image recognition technology, and the established measurement method can be used to measure the hoisting motion of ships and other large-scale subsections and equipment in marine engineering field.
