B油田剩余油分布與挖潛措施研究

【摘要】:剩余油分布及挖潛是油藏開發(fā)后期關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。B油藏經(jīng)過近40年的開采,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入開發(fā)后期。到目前為止,區(qū)塊的采出程度不高,仍有大量的剩余油殘存在地下。搞清剩余油的分布規(guī)律并進(jìn)行有效的挖潛是本區(qū)塊的中心任務(wù)。本文以開發(fā)地質(zhì)學(xué)、油藏工程、數(shù)值模擬等理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合油藏靜、動(dòng)態(tài)資料對(duì)剩余油的分布進(jìn)行研究并提出綜合治理方案。 首先,通過綜合測(cè)井、鉆井等資料,對(duì)油藏的儲(chǔ)層特征進(jìn)行再認(rèn)識(shí),并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用隨機(jī)相控建模建立了油藏三維地質(zhì)模型。 其次,通過對(duì)油藏生產(chǎn)資料的分析,開展油藏的產(chǎn)油、產(chǎn)水、注水見效特征、含水上升規(guī)律研究,預(yù)測(cè)油藏的最終采收率,并對(duì)油藏目前井網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了分析,為后期的挖潛對(duì)策提供了依據(jù)。 再次,利用數(shù)值模擬方法,弄清目前剩余油的分布規(guī)律;提出了不同的挖潛方案并進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè),對(duì)比預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,優(yōu)選最佳方案,為進(jìn)一步的進(jìn)行剩余油挖潛提供了技術(shù)支持。 通過本文的研究,明確了B油藏的剩余油分布規(guī)律是:(1)主力層存在大量的剩余油;(2)區(qū)域內(nèi)非均質(zhì)性嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致層內(nèi)存在大量的剩余油;(3)井網(wǎng)不完善導(dǎo)致了井間位置存在大量的剩余油。在了解剩余油分布的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了剩余油挖潛思路為:(1)在平面上,鉆新井或側(cè)鉆井,從平面上解決井網(wǎng)控制程度差的問題;(2)在縱向上,完善注水、采油井的射孔層位,解決縱向上的有注無采、或有采無注問題。最終設(shè)計(jì)的挖潛措施是在調(diào)層方案的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行井網(wǎng)加密,能在目前開發(fā)方式的基礎(chǔ)上,采收率提高了3.54個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The distribution of remaining oil and tapping potential are the key and difficult points in reservoir development. After nearly 40 years of development, reservoir B has entered the later stage of development. Up to now, the recovery degree of the block is not high. There is still a large amount of residual oil remaining underground. It is the central task of this block to understand the distribution law of remaining oil and effectively tap potential. Based on the theories of development geology, reservoir engineering, numerical simulation and so on, this paper synthesizes reservoir static. The distribution of remaining oil was studied by dynamic data and a comprehensive treatment scheme was put forward. Firstly, through comprehensive logging and drilling data, the reservoir characteristics are re-recognized, and on this basis, the reservoir 3D geological model is established by using random phase control modeling. Secondly, through the analysis of the production materials of the reservoir, the characteristics of oil production, water production, water injection and water cut rise are studied to predict the final recovery factor of the reservoir, and the adaptability of the reservoir well pattern is analyzed. It provides the basis for the strategy of tapping potential in the later stage. Thirdly, the distribution law of remaining oil is clarified by using numerical simulation method, and different potential tapping schemes are put forward and simulated prediction is carried out, and the best scheme is selected by comparing the prediction results. It provides technical support for further exploitation of remaining oil potential. Through the research in this paper, it is clear that the distribution law of residual oil in reservoir B is that there is a large amount of residual oil in the main layer of reservoir B, and that the heterogeneity is serious in the area. The imperfect well pattern leads to the existence of a large amount of remaining oil in the cross-well position. On the basis of understanding the distribution of remaining oil, it is clear that the idea of tapping the remaining oil potential is: 1) on the plane, drilling new wells or sideways. From the plane to solve the problem of poor control degree of well pattern) in the vertical, perfect the perforation layer of water injection and production well, and solve the vertical injection without production, The final measure of tapping potential is to infill well pattern on the basis of adjustment plan, and the oil recovery can be increased by 3.54 percentage points on the basis of the present development mode.
