重慶氣礦大天池區(qū)塊天然氣集輸管網(wǎng)仿真及運(yùn)行方案優(yōu)選

【摘要】:在天然氣生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,集輸管網(wǎng)可靠性日益提高,但管網(wǎng)逐漸復(fù)雜化,管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行調(diào)配過(guò)程難度加大。因此,在針對(duì)不同運(yùn)行工況調(diào)節(jié)時(shí),,必須對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)方案進(jìn)行謹(jǐn)慎選擇。 大天池區(qū)塊是重慶氣礦集輸管網(wǎng)的主要組成部分,其是否能夠可靠運(yùn)行對(duì)整個(gè)區(qū)塊生產(chǎn)和天然氣處理有重要影響。本論文采用目前技術(shù)成熟的TGNET管網(wǎng)模擬仿真軟件,結(jié)合大天池區(qū)塊原料氣集輸管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行工況和工況調(diào)節(jié)現(xiàn)狀,建立了適合大天池區(qū)塊集輸管網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀的仿真模型,利用該模型系統(tǒng)模擬了大天池集輸管網(wǎng)不同管道泄漏、供氣不足等工況的參數(shù)變化,提出了不同條件下的調(diào)解方案,并對(duì)每種可能的調(diào)節(jié)方案調(diào)節(jié)結(jié)果進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,確定了不同泄漏情況下以及不同供氣條件下,最為合理的調(diào)節(jié)方案。同時(shí)模擬了管網(wǎng)中凈化廠由于定期檢修引起的管網(wǎng)工況變化,通過(guò)模擬三個(gè)不同位置凈化廠檢修時(shí),整個(gè)管網(wǎng)壓力、流量分配以及凈化廠運(yùn)行參數(shù)變化,提出了某一凈化廠檢修時(shí),管網(wǎng)合理的運(yùn)行調(diào)配方案。 通過(guò)本論文研究,清楚地了解該管網(wǎng)工況發(fā)生變化時(shí),運(yùn)行參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,提高工況調(diào)節(jié)的預(yù)見性以及工況調(diào)節(jié)方案的針對(duì)性,大大提高該管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的可靠性、合理性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:In the process of natural gas production, the reliability of the gathering and transportation pipeline network is improving day by day, but the pipe network is becoming more complicated and the distribution process of the pipeline network is becoming more difficult. Therefore, the adjustment scheme must be carefully selected in view of the different operating conditions. Datianchi block is the main component of gas gathering and transportation network in Chongqing. Whether it can run reliably has an important influence on the production and natural gas treatment of the whole block. In this paper, a mature TGNET pipe network simulation software is used in this paper. Combined with the operating conditions and operating conditions of gas gathering and transportation network in Datianchi block, a simulation model suitable for the current situation of gas gathering and transportation network in Datianchi block is established, and the leakage of different pipelines in the gas gathering and transportation network of big Tianchi is simulated by the model system. Based on the variation of the parameters under the condition of insufficient gas supply, the adjustment scheme under different conditions is put forward, and the adjustment results of each possible regulation scheme are predicted. Through comparison and analysis, the different leakage conditions and different gas supply conditions are determined. The most reasonable regulation scheme. At the same time, it simulates the change of the pipe network condition caused by the regular maintenance of the purification plant in the pipe network. By simulating the change of the whole pipe network pressure, the flow distribution and the operation parameters of the purification plant when the purification plant is overhauled in three different locations, This paper puts forward the reasonable operation and distribution scheme of the pipe network when a purification plant is overhauled. Through the research of this paper, it is clear to understand the changing law of the operation parameters, to improve the predictability of the operating condition regulation and the pertinence of the working condition regulation scheme, and to improve the reliability of the pipe network operation.
