無固相保護煤層鉆井液研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對沁水盆地15#煤層水平井鉆井過程中煤層坍塌失穩(wěn)和儲層污染的難題,通過研發(fā)可降解的稠化劑和低溫氧化破膠劑,開發(fā)出一套既能穩(wěn)定井壁又能保護儲層的無固相保護煤層鉆井液體系。通過鉆井液流變性、濾失性、抑制性、儲層保護性能和破膠性能等實驗對該體系進行了評價。實驗結(jié)果表明,該體系性能穩(wěn)定,抑制性強,煤巖回收率大于96%,煤巖相對膨脹率低于0.3%,與地層流體配伍性良好,30℃下破膠率達到93%以上,破膠后煤巖滲透率恢復(fù)值達到96%以上。該鉆井液在七元煤礦4口U型水平井現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)場施工順利,未發(fā)生任何事故復(fù)雜,完鉆后試井表皮因數(shù)最低-2.17,達到了穩(wěn)定井壁和保護儲層的雙重目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problems of coal seam collapse instability and reservoir pollution during horizontal well drilling in No. 15 coal seam in Qinshui Basin, a degradable thickener and a low-temperature oxidizing gel breaking agent were developed. Develop a set of drilling fluid systems that can not only stabilize the wellbore but also protect the reservoir. Through the rheology, filtration and inhibition of the drilling fluid, The system is evaluated by reservoir protection and gel breaking experiments. The experimental results show that the system is stable in performance and strong in inhibition.
