【摘要】:本文針對呼和浩特石化公司催化裂化裝置主風(fēng)機(jī)組在運(yùn)行過程發(fā)生的喘振問題,從主風(fēng)機(jī)組的組成、工作原理、控制系統(tǒng)配置、工藝流程等方面入手,詳細(xì)的分析了主風(fēng)機(jī)組在正常運(yùn)行工況下喘振產(chǎn)生的危害以及原因,選擇正確的控制措施對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,并驗(yàn)證了主風(fēng)機(jī)組優(yōu)化后的效果。呼和浩特石化公司催化裂化裝置選用的主風(fēng)機(jī)是軸流式風(fēng)機(jī),該類風(fēng)機(jī)是一種出口壓力比較低但是流量比較大的風(fēng)機(jī),其低能耗、高效率的特性受到了使用者的廣泛認(rèn)可與信賴,其被廣泛大量的使用在各類化工生產(chǎn)制造行業(yè)中。然而由于軸流式風(fēng)機(jī)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)較為復(fù)雜,零部件比較多,特別是其中旋轉(zhuǎn)工作的零件很多,因此在安全性方面比不上離心式風(fēng)機(jī),差距主要表現(xiàn)在風(fēng)機(jī)的喘振方面。.在主風(fēng)機(jī)生成喘振的時候,劇烈的高壓氣流進(jìn)行規(guī)律性運(yùn)動,會進(jìn)一步致使風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲加大、葉片壓力增高,對部件、輪軸以及各種連接件形成強(qiáng)大的應(yīng)力,在上述應(yīng)力變大到部件額定承受力的時候,就會令風(fēng)機(jī)的各種工作部件產(chǎn)生裂縫,甚至徹底令整個軸流風(fēng)機(jī)失去工作能力。由于軸流風(fēng)機(jī)的固有特性已無法改變,本文重點(diǎn)從控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),通過降低信號在傳遞的過程中出現(xiàn)的干擾、優(yōu)化流量計(jì)算補(bǔ)償溫度變化和壓力變化對差壓的影響、改進(jìn)算法重新計(jì)算喘振線等一系列方法,避免主風(fēng)機(jī)喘振現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,保證主風(fēng)機(jī)組高效、可靠的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the surge problem of the main air unit in the FCC unit of Huhehaote Petrochemical Company, this paper starts with the composition, working principle, control system configuration, technological process and so on of the main air turbine. The harm and reason of surge of main wind unit under normal operating condition are analyzed in detail, and the correct control measures are selected to adjust and optimize the system. The main fan selected by Hohhot Petrochemical Company is axial flow fan. This kind of fan is a kind of fan with lower outlet pressure but larger flow rate, and its energy consumption is low. The high efficiency characteristic is widely recognized and trusted by the users, and it is widely used in all kinds of chemical industry. However, because the system design of axial flow fan is more complex, there are more parts and components. In particular, there are many parts that rotate, so the safety of the fan is not comparable to that of the centrifugal fan. The gap is mainly manifested in the surge of the fan... When the main fan generates surge, the intense high-pressure airflow moves regularly. It will further increase the noise of the fan, increase the pressure of the blade, and form a strong stress on the components, the axle and the various connectors. When the above stresses become large enough to allow the components to withstand the rated load, they will cause cracks in the various working parts of the fan. As the inherent characteristics of the axial fan can no longer be changed, this paper focuses on improving the control system by reducing the interference in the process of signal transmission. A series of methods such as optimizing the flow rate to compensate the influence of temperature change and pressure change on differential pressure and to recalculate the surge line are improved to avoid the surge phenomenon of the main fan and to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the main wind unit.
