川東地區(qū)含硫氣田集輸管道內(nèi)腐蝕研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來油氣田開采的不斷擴大和天然氣工業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,集輸管道建設(shè)的不斷增加,與此相關(guān)的腐蝕問題也越來越嚴重。管道的腐蝕不僅會造成管線破損、泄露,引發(fā)安全事故,還會引起環(huán)境污染,危害人民健康和財產(chǎn)安全,帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟損失的同時,也引發(fā)了惡劣的社會影響。本文通過分析含硫天然氣管道內(nèi)腐蝕的主要類型,了解造成內(nèi)腐蝕的主要原因。通過對川東地區(qū)管道進行氣質(zhì)分析,腐蝕管段取樣和清管物取樣,并對樣品進行腐蝕程度和原因的分析,證明該管道內(nèi)腐蝕原因為H2S-CO2腐蝕。通過對實際管段進行取樣,進行室內(nèi)實驗研究川東地區(qū)管段內(nèi)腐蝕的規(guī)律。通過實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)管線用20鋼和X52管線鋼的腐蝕形態(tài)主要為均勻腐蝕,與川東地區(qū)干線內(nèi)檢測結(jié)果相對應(yīng)。(2)通過模擬證明含水的三甘醇溶液仍具有腐蝕性,不同水介質(zhì)組成對應(yīng)的腐蝕速率有明顯差別。(3)在模擬工況條件下,獲得了5~50天周期內(nèi)的H2S-CO2腐蝕速率和水浸潤時間對腐蝕的影響。通過開展取樣分析和實驗研究,分析造成川東地區(qū)內(nèi)腐蝕的根本原因是H2S-CO2腐蝕;直接原因是輸送含H2S、CO2的介質(zhì),集氣干線輸送氣源中有未經(jīng)脫水的天然氣,集氣干線沿線攜帶甘醇損失嚴重,脫水裝置及其上游過濾效果不佳,影響脫水效果。通過對川東地區(qū)的內(nèi)腐蝕原因和規(guī)律的研究,提出加強脫水裝置運行,確定合適的清管周期和加注緩蝕劑的控制內(nèi)腐蝕的措施。通過對川東地區(qū)的內(nèi)腐蝕研究和控制措施的提出,對于減緩原料氣干氣管道的內(nèi)腐蝕,延長管道的使用壽命,保障管網(wǎng)安全經(jīng)濟運行,具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of oil and gas production and the development of natural gas industry in recent years, the construction of gathering pipeline is increasing, and the related corrosion problems are becoming more and more serious. The corrosion of pipeline will not only cause pipeline damage and leakage, Causing safety accidents will also cause environmental pollution, endanger people's health and property safety, bring huge economic losses, but also lead to bad social impact. This paper analyzes the main types of corrosion in sulfur containing natural gas pipeline. Understand the main causes of internal corrosion. Through temperament analysis of pipelines in East Sichuan, sampling of corrosion pipe section and pipe cleaning, and analysis of corrosion degree and cause of samples, It is proved that the internal corrosion of the pipeline is caused by H _ 2S-CO _ 2 corrosion. The corrosion pattern of 20 steel and X52 pipeline steel used for pipeline is mainly uniform corrosion, the results show that the corrosion pattern of 20 steel and X52 pipeline steel is uniform. It is proved by simulation that the aqueous triethylene glycol solution is still corrosive, and the corrosion rate corresponding to different water composition is obviously different. The effect of H _ 2S-CO _ 2 corrosion rate and water soaking time on corrosion in 50 days period was obtained. Through sampling analysis and experimental study, it was found that the root cause of corrosion in East Sichuan was H _ 2S-CO _ 2 corrosion, and the direct reason was to transport medium containing H _ 2S _ 2 CO _ 2. There is undehydrated natural gas in the gas collection trunk line, the loss of glycerol carried along the main gas gathering line is serious, the filtration effect of dehydration device and its upstream is not good, and the dehydration effect is affected. Through the study of the internal corrosion cause and law in East Sichuan, The measures of strengthening the operation of dehydration unit, determining the proper pipe-cleaning period and controlling internal corrosion by adding corrosion inhibitor are put forward. Through the study of internal corrosion in East Sichuan and the suggestion of control measures, the internal corrosion of dry gas pipeline of feedstock gas can be alleviated. It is of great significance to prolong the service life of pipeline and ensure the safe and economical operation of pipe network.
