CaO-ZnO固體堿催化劑的制備及其催化大豆油酯交換反應(yīng)的性能

【摘要】:采用溶膠凝膠法制備了CaO-ZnO固體堿催化劑,并將其用于大豆油與甲醇的酯交換反應(yīng),利用SEM,TG,XRD等手段對(duì)催化劑及其前體進(jìn)行表征,考察了Ca/Zn摩爾比、焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間等對(duì)催化劑性能的影響,優(yōu)化了大豆油與甲醇酯交換反應(yīng)的條件。表征結(jié)果顯示,催化劑中大孔隙的存在有利于油脂分子順利進(jìn)入孔道而使催化劑的表面活性位得以有效利用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,催化劑適宜的制備條件為:Ca/Zn摩爾比1.0、焙燒溫度750℃、焙燒時(shí)間4 h;在醇油摩爾比30、催化劑與大豆油質(zhì)量比為0.06,70℃,90 min條件下,制備的催化劑催化大豆油和甲醇酯交換反應(yīng)的甘油收率達(dá)90%以上;催化劑重復(fù)使用5次后,催化效果未見(jiàn)下降,催化劑具有優(yōu)異的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:CaO-ZnO solid base catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and was used in the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol. The catalyst and its precursors were characterized by means of SEM-TGX XRD. The molar ratio of Ca/Zn and calcination temperature were investigated. The effects of calcination time on the performance of the catalyst were optimized, and the conditions for the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol were optimized. The existence of macropores in the catalyst is conducive to the smooth entry of the oil molecules into the pore channels and the effective utilization of the active sites on the surface of the catalysts. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of the catalysts are as follows: mole ratio of 1: Ca / Zn 1.0, calcination temperature 750 鈩,
