油井采出液自動(dòng)取樣器的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:油井采出液含水率的測(cè)量是油田開(kāi)發(fā)中一項(xiàng)十分重要的工作,針對(duì)目前油井采出液人工取樣存在的含水率波動(dòng)大、取樣代表性差、取樣人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、效率低等問(wèn)題,研制了油井采出液自動(dòng)取樣器。該取樣器通過(guò)加大單剖面斜度或多孔道式取樣頭,增大了取樣剖面,提高了取樣代表性,防殘液回流裝置保證了油井采出液取樣的真實(shí)性,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,該取樣器取樣穩(wěn)定性好,含水波動(dòng)基本在2%左右,比人工取樣更具代表性,更能反映油井真實(shí)含水。
[Abstract]:The measurement of water cut of oil well produced liquid is a very important work in oilfield development. In view of the problems of large fluctuation of water cut rate, poor representativeness of sampling, large labor intensity and low efficiency, etc, artificial sampling of oil well produced liquid exists at present. An automatic sampler for producing fluid from oil wells has been developed. The sampler increases the sampling profile and the sampling representativeness by increasing the slope of a single profile or a multi-pass sampling head. Field test shows that the sampling stability is good and the fluctuation of water cut is about 2%, which is more representative than manual sampling and can reflect the true water cut of oil well.
