離子液體用于燃油萃取脫硫的選擇與過程優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對基于COSMO-SAC模型分子設(shè)計方法的準確性問題,采用離子液體脫硫機理分析和實驗的方法對其進行了驗證,即對[HMIM][BF_4]、[HMIM][PF_6]、[BMIM][BF_4]、[BMIM][PF_6]、[EMIM][BF_4]、[EMIM][PF_6]6種離子液體作萃取劑時的脫硫效果進行了脫硫機理的分析和實驗的驗證,得到的脫硫性能排序與離子液體分子設(shè)計結(jié)果基本一致,且均認為[HMIM][PF_6]脫硫率較高。以[HMIM][PF_6]為萃取劑,通過液相色譜法測定萃取后的液相組成,考察萃取時間、萃取溫度、劑油比3個因素對脫硫率、分配系數(shù)和選擇性系數(shù)的影響。通過正交實驗設(shè)計確定了萃取時間40 min、萃取溫度20℃、劑油比2:1為較優(yōu)操作條件,單次脫硫率為72.74%,四級萃取可將模型油的含硫量由1200μg·g~(-1)降至6.98μg·g~(-1),符合國Ⅴ標準。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the accuracy of molecular design method based on COSMO-SAC model, the mechanism analysis and experimental method of ionic liquid desulfurization were used to verify it. That is, the desulfurization mechanism of [HMIM] [BF_4], [HMIM] [PF_6], [BMIM] [BF_4], [BMIM] [PF_6], [EMIM] [BF_4], [EMIM] [PF_6] six ionic liquids as extractant has been analyzed and verified by experiments. It is considered that [HMIM] [PF_6] desulfurization rate is higher. [HMIM] [PF_6] was used as extractant to determine the composition of liquid phase after extraction by liquid chromatography, and the extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of solvent to oil were investigated to determine the desulphurization rate.
