【摘要】:降低稠油黏度,對(duì)解決稠油油藏合理開發(fā)利用具有重要意義。在對(duì)勝利稠油性質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)合成了含過渡金屬的兩親性主劑,并優(yōu)選了對(duì)催化降黏具有協(xié)同作用的助劑,以此形成的催化劑體系對(duì)勝利稠油表現(xiàn)出良好的降黏作用。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬條件下,對(duì)催化劑體系的降黏效果進(jìn)行的評(píng)價(jià)表明,該體系在催化劑用量1.5%(w)、反應(yīng)溫度200℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間20h的條件下,稠油黏度降低65.0%。
[Abstract]:Reducing the viscosity of heavy oil is of great significance to the rational development and utilization of heavy oil reservoirs. Based on the analysis of the properties of Shengli heavy oil, a amphiphilic main agent containing transition metals is designed and synthesized. The additive with synergistic effect on catalytic viscosity reduction was selected, and the catalyst system showed a good viscosity reduction effect on Shengli heavy oil. Under the conditions of laboratory simulation, the evaluation of viscosity reduction effect of the catalyst system showed that the viscosity reduction effect of the catalyst system was better than that of the catalyst system.
