鉆具振動(dòng)對(duì)無線隨鉆儀器的影響及危害研究

【摘要】:鉆井生產(chǎn)中的井下鉆具振動(dòng)問題是鉆井方面的難題。同時(shí)為了增加儲(chǔ)層的開采效果定向井生產(chǎn)比例在油氣開發(fā)中呈上升趨勢(shì),這就難免要提到鉆具振動(dòng)對(duì)無線隨鉆儀器使用的影響。其實(shí)這些復(fù)雜的井下振動(dòng)正是造成無線隨鉆儀器故障和損壞的主要原因之一。油田的實(shí)踐和近年來對(duì)井下事故的研究表明,測(cè)量并控制井下振動(dòng)將能很好地提高鉆速并對(duì)保護(hù)鉆具和儀器設(shè)備有重要作用,在當(dāng)今大量對(duì)鉆井振動(dòng)的深入研究中已經(jīng)了解到這種復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)所引起的沖擊含有巨大的能量,能夠最大程度地破壞井眼中的電子設(shè)備,劇烈的縱向、扭轉(zhuǎn)、橫向、耦合力能夠造成無線隨鉆儀器故障。通過分析鉆具振動(dòng)特性以及結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中振動(dòng)對(duì)無線隨鉆儀器的危害實(shí)例,總結(jié)數(shù)據(jù)并在今后的鉆井生產(chǎn)中制取相應(yīng)的措施,可提高無線隨鉆儀器使用的穩(wěn)定性,避免因無線隨鉆儀器故障而造成的起下鉆作業(yè),可提高鉆井效率,降低生產(chǎn)開發(fā)成本,節(jié)省鉆井周期,具有較大的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益前景。本文從數(shù)學(xué)理論結(jié)合鉆井生產(chǎn)建模,論證計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù)具有很強(qiáng)的科學(xué)價(jià)值,再對(duì)井下多重振動(dòng)分解后逐個(gè)研究分析其產(chǎn)生原因和影響因素,對(duì)比實(shí)際使用無線隨鉆儀器時(shí)遇到的振動(dòng)干擾、測(cè)量誤差、數(shù)據(jù)失真和儀器本體損壞等現(xiàn)象,直觀的表現(xiàn)了理論和實(shí)際的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:The vibration of downhole drilling tools in drilling production is a difficult problem in drilling, and in order to increase the production ratio of directional wells in oil and gas development, the production ratio of directional wells is on the rise in oil and gas development. It is inevitable to mention the influence of drilling tool vibration on the use of wireless drilling instruments. In fact, these complex downhole vibration is one of the main reasons for the failure and damage of wireless drilling instruments. The practice of oil fields and the downhole in recent years. Studies of accidents show that. Measuring and controlling downhole vibration will improve drilling speed and play an important role in protecting drilling tools and instruments. To the maximum extent of damage to the hole's electronic equipment, violent longitudinal, torsional, horizontal, The coupling force can cause the fault of the wireless drilling instrument. By analyzing the vibration characteristics of the drill tool and the harmful example of the vibration in the production practice, the data are summarized and the corresponding measures are taken in the drilling production in the future. It can improve the stability of the wireless while drilling instrument, avoid the drilling operation caused by the failure of the wireless drilling instrument, improve the drilling efficiency, reduce the production and development cost, and save the drilling cycle. It has a great prospect of social and economic benefits. This paper demonstrates that the calculated data have strong scientific value from mathematical theory combined with drilling production modeling, and then analyzes the causes and influencing factors of underground multi-vibration decomposition one by one. Compared with the vibration interference, measurement error, data distortion and instrument body damage encountered in the practical use of wireless instruments while drilling, the paper intuitively shows the relationship between theory and practice.
