烷醇醚有效碳數(shù)規(guī)律及其在氣相色譜無標(biāo)樣檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)氣相色譜無標(biāo)樣定量分析,通過測(cè)定66種化合物的GC-FID相對(duì)響應(yīng)因子,研究反推得到的有效碳數(shù)與物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)間的規(guī)律,得到了烷、醇、醚類有效碳數(shù)的計(jì)算方案。使用該方案計(jì)算所得理論預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)定值的相關(guān)系數(shù)達(dá)到0.999 8(N=66),所有化合物預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值相對(duì)偏差都在±3%以內(nèi),其中57%的化合物預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值的相對(duì)偏差在±1%以內(nèi)。將其應(yīng)用于汽油樣品中含氧化合物的測(cè)定,各組分的測(cè)定結(jié)果與使用傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)標(biāo)法測(cè)得的結(jié)果相當(dāng)。運(yùn)用有效碳數(shù)法預(yù)測(cè)相對(duì)響應(yīng)因子,可實(shí)現(xiàn)氣相色譜無標(biāo)樣檢測(cè),其準(zhǔn)確度不遜于傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)標(biāo)法,而時(shí)間成本與經(jīng)濟(jì)成本大幅下降。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the quantitative analysis without standard sample in gas chromatography, the GC-FID relative response factor of 66 compounds was determined, and the law between the effective carbon number and the structure of the substance was studied, and the alkanes and alcohols were obtained. The correlation coefficient between the theoretical predicted value and the experimental measured value is 0.999 8%, and the relative deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value of all compounds is less than 鹵3%, and the relative deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value is less than 鹵3%, and the relative deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value is less than 鹵3%. The relative deviation between the predicted and experimental values of 57% compounds is within 鹵1%. It has been applied to the determination of oxygenated compounds in gasoline samples. The determination results of each component are similar to those obtained by traditional internal standard method. Using the effective carbon number method to predict the relative response factor can realize the detection of no standard sample in gas chromatography, and its accuracy is not inferior to that of the traditional internal standard method. And time cost and economy cost drop substantially.
