基于組態(tài)王的油田生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和分析

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代生活中,石油對(duì)于我們的生活有著十分重要的地位,因此保證油田生產(chǎn)高效和安全的開發(fā)有著十分重要的意義。在過去,石油開采的油井監(jiān)管方式是通過人工巡井方式對(duì)油井口的數(shù)據(jù):油壓、套壓、井口溫度、壓力等進(jìn)行記錄并人工綜合分析,但是這種方法不能實(shí)時(shí)的反饋油井口的生產(chǎn)狀況,因此傳統(tǒng)的人工巡井方式耗費(fèi)人力資源、生產(chǎn)效率低下,而且不能實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)控油井口的生產(chǎn)狀況,所以我們需要充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)采集、油井井況實(shí)時(shí)分析、油田生產(chǎn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田數(shù)字化建設(shè)。本文主要闡述了基于油田生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,通過組態(tài)王軟件讀取數(shù)據(jù)庫的有用數(shù)據(jù),并且生成示功圖,并且簡要分析了示功圖對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的作用。每一個(gè)油井生成的示功圖能反應(yīng)油井口的生產(chǎn)狀況,這主要是基于示功圖油井計(jì)量技術(shù)。通過抽油井上安裝的傳感器,從而獲得油井生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù),采集完之后將這些數(shù)據(jù)保存在數(shù)據(jù)中繼站中,數(shù)據(jù)中繼站將保存的數(shù)據(jù)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)分信道上傳,因此可以將局域內(nèi)的油井口的數(shù)據(jù)一起上傳到數(shù)據(jù)庫,操作人員根據(jù)得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理。上傳到數(shù)據(jù)庫之后將數(shù)據(jù)庫共享到網(wǎng)頁上,這樣局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)的所有有權(quán)限的人就可以下載數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用組態(tài)王軟件讀取查看現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)狀況的數(shù)據(jù)庫,并且對(duì)其處理與分析,生成油田運(yùn)行示功圖,在監(jiān)控室內(nèi)可以24小時(shí)查看油井的示功圖,并且在查看以后能夠形成歷史數(shù)據(jù)。這樣操作人員就能夠根據(jù)示功圖、溫度、壓力等參數(shù)了解油田現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田的數(shù)字化管理,完成對(duì)油田開發(fā)現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)狀況的控制,也可以通過歷史數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比,完成對(duì)油井的未來預(yù)測(cè)。通過讀取示功圖的方法判斷油田生產(chǎn)狀況的方法能夠節(jié)約人力資源,方便操作人員不用在現(xiàn)場,只需在控制室就可以控制油田開發(fā)現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)狀況,方便的獲得油井口的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)時(shí)反饋處理油井口的井口狀況,控制油井井口的控制終端。本系統(tǒng)大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率,增加了原油生產(chǎn)量,提高了油田數(shù)字化管理水平,可以有效實(shí)現(xiàn)油田的數(shù)字化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In modern life, oil plays a very important role in our lives, so it is very important to ensure the efficient and safe development of oil fields. The way of oil well supervision in oil production is to record and analyze the oil pressure, casing pressure, wellhead temperature, pressure and so on by manual inspection, but this method can not give real-time feedback on the production situation of the well mouth. Therefore, the traditional manual inspection method consumes human resources, is inefficient, and can not monitor the production status of oil well mouth in real time. Therefore, we need to make full use of computer network resources to realize real-time acquisition of oilfield production data. The functions of real-time analysis of oil well conditions and remote monitoring of oil field production are used to realize the digital construction of oil fields. This paper mainly expounds the analysis and processing of data based on oilfield production site and reads the useful data of database through Kingview software. The function of the indicator diagram to the actual production is analyzed briefly. The indicator diagram generated by each well can reflect the production condition of the well mouth. This is mainly based on the dynamometer well metering technology. Through the sensor installed on the pumping well, the production site data of the well is obtained, and the data is stored in the data relay station after the collection. The data relay station uploads the saved data through the network channel, so that the data from the local oil well head can be uploaded to the database together. After uploading the database to the database, the database is shared on the web page, so that all authorized people in the LAN can download the database. By using Kingview software, we can read and analyze the database to view the production condition on the spot, and generate the running indicator diagram of the oil field. In the monitoring room, we can view the indicator diagram of the oil well 24 hours. And after viewing, historical data can be formed. In this way, the operator can understand the actual situation of oil field production according to the parameters such as indicator diagram, temperature and pressure, and realize the digital management of the oil field. It is also possible to complete the prediction of the future of oil wells through the comparison of historical data. The method of judging the production status of oil fields by reading the indicator diagram can save human resources. It is convenient for operators not to be on the spot, but only in the control room to control the production situation of the oil field development site, to obtain real-time data of the oil well mouth conveniently, and to process the wellhead condition of the well head by real-time feedback. The system has greatly improved the production efficiency, increased crude oil production and improved the level of digital management of oil fields, which can effectively realize the digital construction of oil fields.
