催化裂化汽油深度加氫脫硫催化劑的研制及性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)催化汽油加氫脫硫催化劑基礎(chǔ)上,以γ-Al_2O_3為載體,Co-Mo-Ni為活性組元,采用等體積浸漬方法制備了一種催化汽油深度加氫脫硫催化劑。研究了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)生產(chǎn)國(guó)Ⅴ汽油存在的問(wèn)題,考察了載體、活性組元、金屬負(fù)載量對(duì)催化劑催化性能的影響,并對(duì)催化劑穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:該催化劑對(duì)硫含量滿足國(guó)Ⅳ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(S≤50μg/g)的催化汽油產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步接力脫硫時(shí),可脫除硫醇硫及其他形態(tài)硫,烯烴基本不飽和,加氫脫硫選擇性高達(dá)90%以上。該催化劑作為國(guó)Ⅳ升級(jí)到國(guó)Ⅴ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的重要技術(shù),降低了現(xiàn)有國(guó)Ⅴ技術(shù)的辛烷值損失,技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性更好。
[Abstract]:Based on the traditional catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization catalyst, using 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 as carrier and Co-Mo-Ni as active component, a catalytic gasoline deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst was prepared by iso-volume impregnation method. The effects of support, active component and metal loading on the catalytic performance of the catalyst were investigated. The stability of the catalyst is also studied. The results show that the catalyst can remove thiol sulfur and other sulfur forms when the sulfur content meets the national 鈪,
