天然氣凈化工藝能耗評價及節(jié)能研究

【摘要】:隨著M油田進(jìn)入開發(fā)后期,天然氣產(chǎn)能大幅遞減,由于產(chǎn)能規(guī)模擴(kuò)大、開發(fā)難度增加、高酸性氣凈化能耗上升等因素,造成天然氣凈化廠能耗持續(xù)上升,為了將總能耗和單位能耗增長控制在合理的范圍內(nèi),本文對天然氣凈化廠的能耗進(jìn)行了全面研究,以便建立一種通用的能耗評價方法,為天然氣凈化廠制定節(jié)能降耗措施進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。本文首先對天然氣凈化廠的能耗現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,通過分析天然氣凈化過程中的能源消耗狀況,確定了天然氣凈化廠的主要耗能部位,其中電能消耗的主要部位包括甘醇循環(huán)泵、MDEA循環(huán)泵、循環(huán)水泵、空氣壓縮機(jī)、空冷電機(jī)、水泵等,其它能源消耗部位主要包括甘醇再生器燃料氣消耗、蒸汽鍋爐燃?xì)庀、MDEA再生器蒸汽消耗、硫磺回收裝置加熱蒸汽消耗及公用工程的能源消耗。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們確定了天然氣凈化廠的能源能源績效參數(shù)(EnPI)和評價指標(biāo),然后將能源績效參數(shù)(EnPI)和評價指標(biāo)進(jìn)行回歸分析,建立了天然氣凈化工藝的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過監(jiān)測與分析能源消耗數(shù)據(jù),對天然氣凈化廠以及單元裝置、設(shè)備進(jìn)行能耗評價,最后根據(jù)評價結(jié)果制訂節(jié)能降耗方案,提出設(shè)備改進(jìn)和工藝操作優(yōu)化的建議。同時,本文通過上述工作建立了一種新的針對天然氣凈化廠的能耗評價方法體系,這種技術(shù)可推廣到各個天然氣凈化廠,從而為每一個凈化廠制訂符合自身需要的能源管理方法。
[Abstract]:As M oilfield enters the late stage of development, the natural gas production capacity decreases dramatically. Due to the expansion of production capacity, the increase of development difficulty and the increase of energy consumption of high acid gas purification, the energy consumption of natural gas purification plant continues to rise. In order to control the increase of total energy consumption and unit energy consumption within a reasonable range, the energy consumption of natural gas purification plant is studied comprehensively in this paper, in order to establish a general energy consumption evaluation method. In this paper, the present situation of energy consumption in natural gas purification plant is investigated, and the energy consumption in the process of natural gas purification is analyzed. The main parts of energy consumption in natural gas purification plant are determined. The main parts of power consumption include MDEA circulating pump, circulating water pump, air compressor, air-cooled motor, water pump, etc. Other parts of energy consumption mainly include fuel gas consumption of glycol regenerator, gas consumption of steam boiler, steam consumption of MDEA regenerator, heating steam consumption of sulfur recovery unit and energy consumption of public works. The energy performance parameter (EnPI) and the evaluation index of natural gas purification plant are determined, and then the regression analysis of energy performance parameter (EnPI) and evaluation index is carried out, and the mathematical model of natural gas purification process is established. Through monitoring and analyzing the data of energy consumption, the energy consumption of natural gas purification plant, unit unit and equipment is evaluated. Finally, according to the result of evaluation, the energy saving and consumption reduction scheme is formulated, and the suggestions of equipment improvement and process operation optimization are put forward, at the same time, Through the above work, a new energy consumption evaluation method system for natural gas purification plants is established, which can be extended to each natural gas purification plant, so as to formulate energy management methods for each purification plant in accordance with its own needs.
