油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:遼河油田茨榆坨采油廠由于注水區(qū)塊多,地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜,對(duì)注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行目前還缺少即時(shí)可靠的動(dòng)態(tài)分析方法。開(kāi)展油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究,對(duì)于遼河油田茨榆坨采油廠注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤、高效運(yùn)行、節(jié)能降耗無(wú)疑具有重要意義。本文根據(jù)物質(zhì)守恒原理及流體力學(xué)理論,在完善了油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)單耗為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)注水參數(shù)為約束條件,建立了油田注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并給出了相應(yīng)的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法;由上述數(shù)學(xué)模型及相應(yīng)的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法,應(yīng)用Visual Basic 6.0及Excel數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)編制了“遼河油田茨榆坨采油廠注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化”程序,并據(jù)其對(duì)遼河油田茨榆坨采油廠注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)井口壓力、管網(wǎng)管線(xiàn)流量、流速、壓降、泵的運(yùn)行工況、注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)效率、單耗進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算與分析,并得到了優(yōu)化的注水站泵排量。上述研究成果可為遼河油田茨榆坨采油廠注水地面管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能降耗提供可靠的理論和技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Due to the large number of water injection blocks and complicated geological conditions, the operation of water injection surface pipe network system in Liaohe Oilfield is still short of reliable dynamic analysis method. The optimization of operation parameters of surface water injection pipe network system in oil field is studied. It is of great significance for the dynamic tracking, efficient operation, energy saving and consumption reduction of the water injection surface pipe network system in the oil production plant of Liaohe Oilfield. This paper is based on the principle of material conservation and the theory of hydrodynamics. On the basis of perfecting the mathematical model of operation parameters calculation of oilfield water injection surface pipe network system, the unit consumption of oilfield water injection surface pipe network system is taken as the objective function, and the design water injection parameter of oilfield water injection surface pipe network system is taken as the constraint condition. A mathematical model for optimizing operation parameters of oilfield water injection pipeline network system is established, and the corresponding numerical calculation method is given, and the above mathematical model and corresponding numerical calculation method are given. Based on Visual Basic 6.0 and Excel database, the program of "optimization of operation parameters of water injection surface pipe network system in Cishutuo Oil production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield" is compiled. According to the program, the wellhead pressure and pipeline flow rate of water injection surface pipe network system in Tsiyutuo Oil production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield are analyzed. The flow rate, pressure drop, pump operating condition, water injection surface pipe network system efficiency and unit consumption are numerically calculated and analyzed. The above research results can provide reliable theoretical and technical support for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the water injection surface pipe network system in the Zi-yutuo Oil production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield.
