超音速天然氣脫水裝置螺旋導(dǎo)流器的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了探究超音速天然氣脫水裝置螺旋導(dǎo)流器的最優(yōu)葉片出口角,文中基于某天然氣的實(shí)際組分,設(shè)計了超音速低溫分離器的螺旋導(dǎo)流器,并利用FLUENT軟件對其螺旋流發(fā)展段進(jìn)行了模擬分析,將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與理論計算和同類設(shè)備進(jìn)行性能對比,驗(yàn)證了其結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。分別對葉片出口角為20°,25°,30°,35°,40°螺旋導(dǎo)流器的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析得出:出口角從20°增大至25°時,切向速度大幅度減小,繼續(xù)增大,其值變化較小;不同出口角下,軸向速度基本不變,而徑向速度變化較大,出口角30°時,徑向速度波動最小,穩(wěn)定性最高;通過比較動能與壓降比值的差異,出口角25°—35°時,其值較好。綜合來看,葉片出口角在30°左右其速度分布與壓降損失最為合理。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the optimal blade outlet angle of spiral diffuser in supersonic natural gas dehydration device, the helical flow guide of supersonic cryogenic separator is designed based on the actual composition of a natural gas. The spiral flow development section is simulated and analyzed by using FLUENT software. The numerical simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation and the performance of the similar equipment. The rationality of the structure is verified. The simulation results of the blade outlet angle of 20 擄/ 25 擄/ 30 擄/ 30 擄/ 35 擄/ 40 擄helical flow guide are analyzed respectively. The results show that when the outlet angle is increased from 20 擄to 25 擄, the tangential velocity decreases significantly and continues to increase, and the change of the value is small; At different outlet angles, the axial velocity is basically unchanged, while the radial velocity changes greatly. When the exit angle is 30 擄, the radial velocity fluctuates the least and the stability is the highest. By comparing the difference between kinetic energy and pressure drop, the outlet angle is 25 擄-35 擄. Generally speaking, the velocity distribution and pressure drop loss of the blade outlet angle about 30 擄are the most reasonable.
