綜合錄井工程異常預(yù)報系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:石油鉆探是一項(xiàng)高風(fēng)險性、耗資巨大的系統(tǒng)工程。在鉆井施工過程中,特別是在新區(qū)和復(fù)雜層段,鉆井安全與工程事故發(fā)生的可能性時刻都伴隨著作業(yè)進(jìn)程,工程事故是威脅鉆井安全的最大隱患,工程事故發(fā)生的可能性隨時都存在,易于造成資金和時間的巨大浪費(fèi)。能否在工程事故發(fā)生的早期,給出某種程度、某種意義上的報警或警示,對于預(yù)防和控制事故的發(fā)展,最大限度地減少損失,具有重大意義,但現(xiàn)在鉆井異常事故預(yù)報技術(shù)由于各種原因還存在著預(yù)報結(jié)論不準(zhǔn)確等問題。本文正是針對現(xiàn)有鉆井工程預(yù)報存在的問題,利用綜合錄井技術(shù)參數(shù)為研究對象,開發(fā)“綜合錄井工程異常預(yù)報系統(tǒng)”,實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆井工程異常事故快速、及時準(zhǔn)確預(yù)報,主要內(nèi)容有:1.常見鉆井工程事故發(fā)生原因及表征研究。分析常見鉆井工程異常事故類型,分析產(chǎn)生的原因,研究不同類型異常事故發(fā)生時各種技術(shù)參數(shù)變化特征。2.綜合錄井參數(shù)與鉆井異常事故關(guān)系分析。介紹了綜合錄井技術(shù)發(fā)展過程,綜合錄井技術(shù)在油氣勘探開發(fā)中的作用,綜合錄井技術(shù)參數(shù)類型及檢測對象;針對綜合錄井參數(shù)與鉆井異常事故關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,描述了不同類型鉆井異常事故在綜合錄井技術(shù)參數(shù)中的響應(yīng)特征;優(yōu)選出反映鉆井異常事故信息的綜合錄井參數(shù)。3.鉆井異常事故預(yù)報技術(shù)。根據(jù)綜合錄井異常參數(shù)特征信息,設(shè)計(jì)出不同的鉆井異常事故預(yù)報方案,形成綜合錄井工程異常預(yù)報技術(shù)。4.設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)綜合錄井工程異常預(yù)報系統(tǒng)。在研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“風(fēng)險指數(shù)”概念,建立了“風(fēng)險指數(shù)”計(jì)算模型,編寫開發(fā)出異常預(yù)報系統(tǒng),給出了現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用實(shí)例,證實(shí)了綜合錄井工程異常預(yù)報系統(tǒng)的有效性。
