冀東油田低滲透儲層水基壓裂液體系研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:壓裂是油田普遍采用的一種有效增產(chǎn)技術(shù),而壓裂液體系則是決定壓裂效果的核心與關(guān)鍵。冀東油田的復(fù)雜斷塊油藏以細(xì)砂巖為主,自然滲透能力差,屬于特低滲透儲層。在使用傳統(tǒng)的瓜膠壓裂液后,注入的聚合物僅有35-40%能被返排出來,而殘余的聚合物留在裂縫中或侵入地層造成對儲層滲透率的二次傷害,使壓裂增產(chǎn)措施達(dá)不到預(yù)期目的。高效、低傷害、有針對性的清潔壓裂液成為目前研究壓裂液體系的首要問題。本文通過優(yōu)選優(yōu)化交聯(lián)劑、助劑的生產(chǎn)工藝和生產(chǎn)條件,并針對低滲透油藏研發(fā)了小分子量雙子陽離子型防膨劑和由多種表面活性劑復(fù)配而成的新型防乳助排劑,最終得到一套適合冀東油田南堡403X1斷塊地層的可滿足儲層溫度在90℃至120℃的JRYL-1壓裂體系。通過檢測,新型防乳助排劑使壓裂液滯留降低率從單體的40%達(dá)到了復(fù)配后的50%,遠(yuǎn)高于現(xiàn)用助排劑的16.7%。新型防乳助排劑可將壓裂破膠液的界面張力降至0.29-0.34mN/m,滲透率恢復(fù)率為83.4%,高于現(xiàn)用助排劑的滲透率恢復(fù)值72.2%,有效降低了壓裂破膠液對巖心的傷害。截止到2015年底,JRYL-1壓裂體系在冀東油田共計(jì)使用120井次,施工過程順利進(jìn)行且高質(zhì)量的完成,提高了油井的產(chǎn)量,給油田帶來了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。這充分的說明JRYL-1壓裂體系的性能優(yōu)異且可靠性較高。
[Abstract]:Fracturing is an effective stimulation technique widely used in oil fields, and the fracturing fluid system is the core and key to determine the fracturing effect. The complex fault-block reservoirs in Jidong Oilfield are dominated by fine sandstone and have poor natural permeability. It is an ultra-low permeability reservoir. Only 35-40% of the injected polymer can be discharged back after using the traditional melamine fracturing fluid, while the residual polymer remains in the fracture or invades the formation, causing secondary damage to the reservoir permeability. The high efficiency, low damage and targeted clean fracturing fluid has become the most important problem in the study of fracturing fluid system. This paper optimizes the production process and production conditions of crosslinking agent, auxiliary agent, etc. For low permeability reservoirs, a small molecular weight Gemini cationic anti-swelling agent and a new anti-emulsion and drainage aid, which are composed of a variety of surfactants, have been developed. Finally, a set of JRYL-1 fracturing system suitable for the formation of Nanbao 403X1 fault block in Jidong Oilfield is obtained, which can satisfy the reservoir temperature from 90 鈩,
