丙烯酸改性聚醚破乳劑的制備與破乳性能評價(jià)

【摘要】:為提高破乳劑的破乳脫水效果、拓寬適用范圍,用甲基丙烯酸對聚醚多元醇破乳劑EG-01、EG-02進(jìn)行改性,優(yōu)化了破乳劑的制備條件,研究了破乳劑對勝利油田、蘇丹Hglig油田和中海油旅大油田原油的破乳脫水效果。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)酯化時(shí)間為6 h,酯化溫度為110℃,甲基丙烯酸、聚醚多元醇和四乙烯五胺質(zhì)量比為7∶2∶1,過氧化苯甲酰用量為物料總質(zhì)量的0.2%時(shí)合成的破乳劑NG-01和NG-02的脫水效果最佳。與EG-01、EG-02相比,NG-01、NG-02脫水速率快,脫水效果好;三嵌段結(jié)構(gòu)破乳劑NG-02的脫水效果好于二嵌段破乳劑NG-01;NG-02對勝利油田重質(zhì)原油的脫水率大于90%,對蘇丹油田中質(zhì)原油和中海油旅大油田重質(zhì)原油的脫水率大于95%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the demulsifying and dehydration effect of demulsifier and widen the scope of application, the polyether polyol demulsifier EG-01U EG-02 was modified with methacrylic acid. The preparation conditions of demulsifier were optimized, and the effect of demulsifier on Shengli Oilfield was studied. The demulsification and dehydration effect of crude oil in Hglig oil field of Sudan and Luda oilfield of CNOOC.
