雙效有機(jī)高分子的合成及其破乳絮凝性能

【摘要】:以丙烯酰氯、對(duì)氨基苯甲酸為原料,通過N;磻(yīng)及中和反應(yīng)合成單體——對(duì)丙烯酰胺苯甲酸鈉(a),并以過硫酸銨/亞硫酸氫鈉為復(fù)合引發(fā)劑,以自制的對(duì)丙烯酰胺苯甲酸鈉和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨(DMC)為單體通過水溶液自由基共聚法合成了二元聚合物(b)。利用延長原油模擬的原油乳液對(duì)聚合物的破乳性能進(jìn)行了考察,同時(shí)研究了聚合物的絮凝性能和對(duì)含油廢水的除油效果。結(jié)果表明,在破乳溫度70℃、處理時(shí)間2 h的條件下,當(dāng)聚合物(b)投加量為110 mg/L時(shí),脫水率達(dá)92.04%;在室溫下,當(dāng)自制聚合物投加量為12 mg/L時(shí),硅藻土懸浮液上層清液的絮凝時(shí)間為9 s,透光率為98.6%;在聚合物投加量為30 mg/L、溫度為50℃、處理時(shí)間為7 h的條件下,對(duì)含油廢水的除油率達(dá)94.5%;與市售破乳劑BQ-05、SP-169及市售絮凝劑PAM、PDMC相比,自制聚合物具有更好的絮凝破乳性能。
[Abstract]:Using acryloyl chloride and p-aminobenzoic acid as raw materials, the monomer -p-acrylamide sodium benzoate was synthesized by N-acylation reaction and neutralization reaction. Ammonium persulfate / sodium bisulfite was used as the complex initiator. In this paper, a binary polymer (BX) was synthesized from sodium p-acrylamide benzoate and methacryloxy ethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMCC) by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution. The polymer was prepared by using the crude oil emulsion simulated by extended crude oil. The demulsification performance was investigated. At the same time, the flocculation property of polymer and the deoiling effect of oil containing wastewater were studied. The results showed that the dehydration rate reached 92.04and the dehydration rate reached 92.04g at room temperature at 70 鈩,
