異常高壓低滲透復(fù)雜斷塊油藏有效注水開發(fā)政策研究

【摘要】:異常高壓低滲透復(fù)雜斷塊油藏作為低滲透油藏的一種特殊類型,除具有常規(guī)油藏的特征之外,還具有應(yīng)力敏感性強、存在啟動壓力梯度、儲層物性差,非均質(zhì)性嚴(yán)重,油藏邊界類型復(fù)雜等特點。正確認(rèn)識該類油藏的滲流機理和開發(fā)特征,制定合理的開發(fā)方案,對于高效開發(fā)該類油藏具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文針對K1g3油藏目前注水開發(fā)動態(tài)中表現(xiàn)出的地層壓力下降快、油井壓力和產(chǎn)量下降快,水井注水壓力高,日注水量低等問題,主要開展了以下幾方面研究并取得了相應(yīng)的成果: (1)K1g3油藏基本地質(zhì)及開發(fā)特征再認(rèn)識。利用油藏地質(zhì)特征研究的報告、各種靜態(tài)地質(zhì)研究成果與測井解釋結(jié)果等資料,運用沉積學(xué)與石油地質(zhì)學(xué)的理論與方法開展地質(zhì)特征再認(rèn)識研究;利用油藏各種生產(chǎn)動態(tài)資料,總結(jié)歸納了目前開發(fā)過程所面臨的問題。 (2)流體滲流機理實驗研究。開展了①滲流啟動壓力梯度實驗,得到了流度與滲流啟動壓力梯度的關(guān)系式。②應(yīng)力敏感實驗,得到了滲透率與有效應(yīng)力的表達式。③滲透率級差與注采壓差關(guān)系實驗,得到了滲透率級差與高低滲透巖心流量比的曲線圖。④注入水體系實驗研究,得到了最優(yōu)注入水體系。 (3)注水井吸水能力及提高吸水能力措施研究。利用現(xiàn)有注水井資料進行注水井動態(tài)分析,總結(jié)分析了注水開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及難點,并提出了相應(yīng)的改善措施。 (4)應(yīng)用油藏工程理論與方法,結(jié)合流體滲流機理實驗研究結(jié)果,開展了油藏有效注水開發(fā)技術(shù)政策研究。①開展了合理注采井網(wǎng)井距研究,建立了考慮啟動壓力梯度和應(yīng)力敏感的極限注采井距計算方法,得到了相應(yīng)圖版。②利用復(fù)雜斷塊油藏面積波及效率計算方法,得到了K1g3油藏各區(qū)塊目前面積波及效率。③建立了滲透率級差對高低滲透層吸水能力影響的分析理論,并計算得到了注水井的縱向波及效率。④開展了合理注采壓力系統(tǒng)研究,確定了油水井合理井底流壓和油藏合理地層壓力保持水平及轉(zhuǎn)注時機。⑤推導(dǎo)了考慮應(yīng)力敏感時油井產(chǎn)能公式,研究了不同地層壓力保持水平對油井產(chǎn)能的影響規(guī)律,得到了相應(yīng)圖版。⑥分析評價了K1g3油藏各區(qū)塊目前注采壓力系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:As a special type of low permeability reservoir, abnormal high pressure and low permeability complex fault block reservoir is characterized by stress sensitivity, start-up pressure gradient, poor physical property and serious heterogeneity. Understanding the percolation mechanism and development characteristics of this kind of reservoir correctly and making a reasonable development plan have important guiding significance for the efficient development of this kind of reservoir. In this paper, the formation pressure, oil well pressure and production rate, water injection pressure and daily water injection rate of K1g3 reservoir are decreased rapidly, and the water injection pressure is high, and the daily water injection rate is low, etc, in view of the present water injection performance of K1g3 reservoir. Mainly carried out the following aspects of research and achieved corresponding results:. The basic geological and development characteristics of the K1g3 reservoir are rerecognized. The data of various static geological research results and log interpretation results are used in the study of reservoir geological characteristics. By using the theory and method of sedimentology and petroleum geology, the geological characteristics are studied again, and the problems in the development process are summarized by using the various production dynamic data of the reservoir. 2) Experimental study of fluid flow mechanism. 1. The stress sensitivity experiment of the relationship between fluid mobility and starting pressure gradient is obtained. The expression of permeability and effective stress is obtained. 3. The relationship between permeability differential and injection-production pressure difference is obtained. The experimental study on injection water system of curve .4 between permeability differential and flow ratio of high and low permeability core is obtained, and the optimal injection water system is obtained. Based on the existing data of water injection wells, the problems and difficulties in the process of water injection development are summarized and analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. 4) applying reservoir engineering theory and method, combining with the experimental results of fluid percolation mechanism, the effective water injection development technical policy of reservoir is studied. 1. The reasonable well spacing of injection-production well is studied. The calculation method of limit injection-production distance considering starting pressure gradient and stress sensitivity is established, and the method of calculating area sweep efficiency of complex fault block reservoir using the corresponding chart .2 is obtained. The present area sweep efficiency of each block of K1g3 reservoir is obtained. 3. The analysis theory of the influence of permeability differential on the water absorption capacity of high and low permeability layer is established, and the longitudinal sweep efficiency of water injection well is calculated. 4. The reasonable injection-production pressure system is studied. The reasonable bottom hole flow pressure and reasonable reservoir formation pressure maintenance level in oil and water wells are determined. The oil well productivity formula considering stress sensitivity is derived, and the influence of different formation pressure maintenance levels on oil well productivity is studied. The corresponding chart .6 is obtained to analyze and evaluate the current injection-production pressure system in each block of K1g3 reservoir.
