一種低密度稠油熱采復(fù)合封竄劑的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對常規(guī)熱采封竄劑在低壓層或虧空層容易漏失、厚油層封竄效果差等問題,進(jìn)行了密度小于1.1 g/cm3的低密度復(fù)合封竄劑研究?疾炝怂冶、溫度對封竄劑性能的影響,并對封竄劑耐高溫、抗壓、巖心封堵、耐蒸汽沖刷等性能進(jìn)行了評價。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該低密度復(fù)合封竄劑在300℃時體積收縮率為8.47%,巖心封堵率大于99%,巖心突破壓力大于0.13MPa/cm,且封竄劑耐蒸汽沖刷性能強(qiáng)。現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)7井組,汽竄通道封堵率94.4%,表明該技術(shù)在稠油油藏?zé)岵砷_發(fā)中后期具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as easy leakage of conventional heat recovery channeling sealing agent in low pressure layer or deficit layer and poor channeling sealing effect in thick reservoir, the low density composite channeling sealing agent with density less than 1.1 g / cm ~ 3 was studied.
