【摘要】:隨著汽車發(fā)動機(jī)等機(jī)械部件對潤滑油品質(zhì)的要求越來越高,傳統(tǒng)的礦物潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油已經(jīng)難以滿足其要求。聚α-烯烴合成潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油以其超高的黏度指數(shù)、很強(qiáng)的抗氧化性和抗腐蝕性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而成為新一代高品質(zhì)潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油的首選。本文研究了rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化1-癸烯聚合制備潤滑油基礎(chǔ)油,探討了各反應(yīng)條件對產(chǎn)品收率及產(chǎn)物性質(zhì)的影響,考察了其催化1-癸烯聚合的反應(yīng)動力學(xué),并對比了四種不同的茂金屬催化體系對1-癸烯聚合反應(yīng)的影響。用rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化體系催化1-癸烯聚合,當(dāng)原料加入順序?yàn)?-癸烯、甲苯、Al(iBu)3、茂金屬、有機(jī)硼化物,Zr/烯摩爾比為8×10-5、Al/Zr摩爾比80、B/Zr摩爾比為1.5、反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1h時(shí),產(chǎn)品收率達(dá)到96.2%。聚合產(chǎn)物的100℃運(yùn)動黏度為390.23 mm2/s,黏度指數(shù)為259,閃點(diǎn)大于300℃,傾點(diǎn)為-25℃,數(shù)均分子量為6235,重均分子量為13019,分子量分布寬度指數(shù)為2.088。研究rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化體系催化1-癸烯聚合反應(yīng)的動力學(xué),當(dāng)溫度為323 K、333 K、353 K時(shí),其速率常數(shù)分別為6407 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1)、 7551 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1)、9771 L·mol·h~(-1),擬合得到指前因子為8118.41 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1),表觀活化能為12.18 KJ/mol.對比了四種不同的茂金屬催化體系催化1-癸烯聚合時(shí)的性能,結(jié)果表明,茂金屬Ph_2C(Cp)(9-Flu)ZrCl_2比rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2的反應(yīng)活性高,所得產(chǎn)物的分子量、黏度和黏度指數(shù)較高,端基中的亞乙烯基含量較低;助催化劑Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]+MAO的反應(yīng)活性高,所得產(chǎn)物的分子量、黏度和黏度指數(shù)較大,端基中的亞乙烯基含量較低。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for lubricating oil quality from mechanical components such as automobile engines, traditional mineral lube base oils have been unable to meet their requirements. Because of its strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, it has become the first choice for the new generation of high quality lube base oils. In this paper, the preparation of lube base oil by rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/ [Me_2NHPh] ~ [BJ C6F5V 4] -catalytic polymerization of 1-decene has been studied. The effects of various reaction conditions on the yield and properties of the product were discussed. The kinetics of the polymerization of 1-decene catalyzed by the catalyst was investigated. The effects of four different metallocene catalytic systems on the polymerization of 1-decene were compared. The polymerization of 1-decene was catalyzed by rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/ [Me_2NHPh] ~ [BZC _ 6F _ 5S _ 4] -catalytic system. When the raw materials were added in the order of 1-decene, toluene Albui Bu-3, metallocene, metallocene.
