高溫、高礦化度油藏的聚合物驅(qū)油劑性能評價(jià)

【摘要】:勝利油田T區(qū)塊儲層埋藏深、溫度高、地層水礦化度高,屬于高溫高鹽油藏條件,常用的普通聚合物由于耐溫、抗鹽性較差,在高溫、高鹽油藏條件下的應(yīng)用受到了限制。為了解決T區(qū)塊聚合物驅(qū)提高采收率差的問題,迫切需要一種耐溫抗鹽的驅(qū)油用聚合物,對T區(qū)塊提高驅(qū)油效率、增產(chǎn)有重要意義。本文用磺化聚合物與3500萬聚合物、梳型聚合物分別在增粘性、耐溫性、抗鹽性、剪切穩(wěn)定性、長期老化穩(wěn)定性、阻力系數(shù)和殘余阻力系數(shù)上進(jìn)行了性能評價(jià),得出了磺化聚合物的綜合性能優(yōu)于其它三種聚合物,優(yōu)選出磺化聚合物作為T區(qū)塊聚合物驅(qū)油劑。為了提高磺化聚合物的粘度,進(jìn)一步提高原油采收率,選擇了三乙醇胺和葡萄糖酸鈉作為金屬離子絡(luò)合劑,并進(jìn)行了復(fù)配實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)配起到協(xié)同作用,增粘效果比加入單一絡(luò)合劑更好;選擇了硫代硫酸鈉作為抗氧化劑,也起到較好增粘作用。進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)巖心驅(qū)油效果評價(jià),結(jié)果表明復(fù)配絡(luò)合劑和抗氧化劑共同使用對體系化學(xué)驅(qū)采收率的提升效果最佳,進(jìn)行了驅(qū)油體系優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn),得出最佳注入速度1m/d,最佳注入段塞體積0.57PV,最佳注入濃度1800mg/L。利用優(yōu)化的配方進(jìn)行了T區(qū)塊驅(qū)油效果驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),其化學(xué)驅(qū)采收率達(dá)到了16.46%,能夠滿足該區(qū)塊的采收率要求。
[Abstract]:The reservoir in T block of Shengli Oilfield is deep buried, high temperature, high salinity of formation water, which belongs to the condition of high temperature and high salt reservoir. The common polymer is used at high temperature because of its poor resistance to salt and temperature. The application of high salt reservoir is limited. In order to solve the problem of poor recovery by polymer flooding in T block, a high temperature and salt resistant polymer is urgently needed to improve the oil displacement efficiency of T block. In this paper, the properties of sulfonated polymer and 35 million polymer are evaluated in terms of viscosity, temperature resistance, salt resistance, shear stability, long-term aging stability, resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient, respectively. The comprehensive properties of the sulfonated polymer are superior to those of the other three kinds of polymers. The sulfonated polymer is selected as the polymer flooding agent in T block. In order to increase the viscosity of the sulfonated polymer and further improve the oil recovery, Triethanolamine and sodium gluconate were selected as metal ion complexing agents, and the results showed that the compound had synergistic effect and the viscosity increasing effect was better than adding a single complexing agent, and sodium thiosulfate was selected as an antioxidant. The results show that the combined use of complex complexing agent and antioxidants can improve the recovery efficiency of the chemical flooding system, and the oil displacement system optimization experiment is carried out. The optimum injection rate of 1 m / d, the optimal slug volume of 0.57 PVand the best injection concentration of 1800 mg / L were obtained. The oil displacement effect of T block was verified by the optimized formula, and the recovery factor of chemical flooding reached 16.46, which can meet the requirements of oil recovery in this block.
