舉升工藝技術(shù)經(jīng)濟評價

【摘要】:隨著大慶油田老區(qū)塊開發(fā)的不斷深入,剩余未動用儲量絕大部分是有效厚度較小、儲量豐度較低的難采儲量,開采難度將越來越大。大部分油田雖然對采油設(shè)備采取了多種技術(shù)措施,但機械采油設(shè)備仍占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。但是機采方式繁多,械采油設(shè)備常常因為工作方式選或相應(yīng)泵型的選擇不當(dāng),使得其設(shè)計使用壽命或生產(chǎn)能力大打折扣,嚴(yán)重影響油田產(chǎn)量。但改變現(xiàn)有采油裝置代價很大,除了必要的資金和物資,還要花費大量的人力。因此,在某種機械采油方式安裝建設(shè)之前,做好機采舉升方式的技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟評價工作,對充分發(fā)揮油井產(chǎn)能、提高采收率、最大限度的降低油田的投資和提高油田經(jīng)濟效益都起著重要作用。本文運用己有的技術(shù)進行了深入研究。依照對抽油機、螺桿泵、電泵的投資構(gòu)成和成本構(gòu)成的分析,界定了這三種舉升工藝技術(shù)的投資和成本的構(gòu)成,并從投入產(chǎn)出角度,建立了舉升工藝技術(shù)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟評價模型;根據(jù)盈虧平衡原理,建立了抽油機、螺桿泵、電泵三種舉升工藝技術(shù)的經(jīng)濟極限產(chǎn)油量模型、經(jīng)濟極限成本模型和經(jīng)濟極限投資模型;通過利用單項指標(biāo)評價模型和多項指標(biāo)評價模型,對不同排量情況下的抽油機、電泵和螺旋泵在產(chǎn)量相同和產(chǎn)量不同時的應(yīng)用進行了經(jīng)濟性優(yōu)選;參照少而精原則、全面性的原則、科學(xué)性等原則,構(gòu)建了舉升工藝技術(shù)綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,該指標(biāo)體系主要包括了經(jīng)濟性、技術(shù)方面和社會效果3個主指標(biāo),并在不同舉升工藝技術(shù)綜合評價中運用了理想解排序法。對不同舉升工藝技術(shù)進行優(yōu)選及經(jīng)濟評價,可為大慶油田在選擇舉升工藝技術(shù)時提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of the old block of Daqing Oilfield, the remaining unproduced reserves are mostly refractory reserves with small effective thickness and low reserves abundance. It will be more and more difficult to exploit. Although most oilfields have adopted various technical measures for oil production equipment, mechanical production equipment still dominates. But there are many ways of producing oil by machine. The design life or production capacity of mechanical oil recovery equipment is often greatly reduced because of improper selection of working mode or pump type, which seriously affects oil field production. However, it is very costly to change existing oil recovery equipment. In addition to the necessary funds and materials, a large amount of manpower will be spent. Therefore, before the installation and construction of a certain mechanical oil recovery mode, the technical and economic evaluation of the mechanical oil recovery lifting mode will be done to give full play to the production capacity of the oil well and increase the oil recovery. It is very important to reduce the investment of oil field to the maximum extent and to improve the economic benefit of oil field. In this paper, we use the existing technology to carry on the deep research. According to the analysis of the structure of investment and cost of pumping unit, screw pump and electric pump, The investment and cost components of the three lifting technologies are defined, and the technical and economic evaluation model of lifting process technology is established from the angle of input and output, and the pumping unit and screw pump are established according to the break-even principle. The economic limit oil production model, the economic limit cost model and the economic limit investment model of the three lifting technology of electric pump, the pumping unit under the different displacement condition by using the single index evaluation model and the multiple index evaluation model, The application of electric pump and screw pump in the same output and different output is selected economically, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of lifting technology is constructed by referring to the principle of small but fine, comprehensive and scientific, etc. The index system mainly includes three main indexes of economy, technology and social effect, and the ideal solution ranking method is used in the comprehensive evaluation of different lifting technology, and the optimal selection and economic evaluation of different lifting technology are carried out. It can be used for reference when selecting lifting technology in Daqing Oilfield.
