【摘要】:本文通過(guò)對(duì)饒陽(yáng)凹陷蠡縣斜坡西柳同口地區(qū)實(shí)施的水平井進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),得出適用水平井開(kāi)發(fā)的油藏地質(zhì)特征,探討了合理的井網(wǎng)形式和注水政策。在適用性研究的基礎(chǔ)上,制定水平井設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方法,對(duì)水平井開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)政策進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本次研究的主要內(nèi)容有四個(gè)方面:一是水平井地質(zhì)適用性評(píng)價(jià),其中包括水平井地質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)、水平井設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方法和西柳同口適合部署水平井的區(qū)塊地質(zhì)特征;二是油藏工程適用性評(píng)價(jià),包括井網(wǎng)、注水政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià);三是水平井開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)政策優(yōu)化,包括井型、井距、水平段長(zhǎng)度、壓裂裂縫優(yōu)化等方面的研究;四是采油工藝研究,包括完井方式、射孔方式、采油方式和增產(chǎn)措施評(píng)價(jià)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)研究目的,采用適當(dāng)?shù)募夹g(shù)路線(xiàn),即通過(guò)西柳同口地區(qū)實(shí)鉆水平井的分析,總結(jié)適用水平井開(kāi)發(fā)的油藏地質(zhì)特征,總結(jié)西柳同口地區(qū)水平井的設(shè)計(jì)方法,經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化,制定水平井設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)鉆水平井的研究,分析水平井的井網(wǎng)與注水政策的適用性并進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。在水平井適用的基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)化具體的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),優(yōu)選合適的采油工藝。通過(guò)研究得出五點(diǎn)認(rèn)識(shí):一是構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、砂體分布穩(wěn)定、油層縱向上層數(shù)較少的油藏具備鉆探水平井的地質(zhì)條件;二是從已鉆水平井區(qū)的開(kāi)采效果看,儲(chǔ)層物性好的油藏鉆探水平井的開(kāi)發(fā)效果好。物性差、油品差的油藏,大部分井處于效益邊沿;三是對(duì)于低滲透油藏,必須超前注水,對(duì)于常規(guī)滲透的油藏,對(duì)注水時(shí)機(jī)要求不高;四是采用下套管固井完井、分段射孔、常規(guī)工藝采油較為合適;五是酸化和壓裂是水平井增產(chǎn)的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis and summary of horizontal wells in Xiliukou area of Lixian slope in Raoyang depression, the reservoir geological characteristics suitable for horizontal well development are obtained, and the rational well pattern and water injection policy are discussed. To formulate the standard and method of horizontal well design and optimize the technical policy of horizontal well development. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, evaluation of geological applicability of horizontal wells, including geological evaluation of horizontal wells, The design standards and methods of horizontal wells and the geological characteristics of the blocks suitable for the deployment of horizontal wells in Xiliu, the applicability evaluation of reservoir engineering, including well pattern, water injection policy and economic benefit evaluation, and the optimization of horizontal well development technology policy, The research includes well type, well spacing, horizontal section length, fracturing fracture optimization and so on. Fourth, oil recovery technology research, including completion, perforation, oil production and evaluation of stimulation measures. By adopting the appropriate technical route, that is, through the analysis of the actual drilling horizontal wells in Xiliu Tongkou area, the reservoir geological characteristics suitable for horizontal well development are summarized, and the design method of horizontal wells in Xiliu Tongkou area is summarized, which is optimized. The standard of horizontal well design is formulated. Through the study of real drilling horizontal well, the applicability and economic evaluation of well pattern and water injection policy of horizontal well are analyzed. On the basis of the application of horizontal well, the specific development technology is optimized. The optimum selection of appropriate oil production technology. Through the study, five points of understanding are obtained: first, reservoirs with simple structure, stable distribution of sand bodies and less vertical upper layers of oil layers have geological conditions for drilling horizontal wells; second, from the point of view of the production effect of the horizontal well areas that have been drilled, For reservoirs with good reservoir physical properties, most wells are at the edge of benefit in drilling horizontal wells. For reservoirs with poor physical properties and poor oil quality, most wells are on the edge of benefits; third, for low permeability reservoirs, water must be injected ahead of time, and for conventional permeable reservoirs, The requirements of water injection timing are not high; fourth, casing cementing completion, segmental perforation, conventional production process is more appropriate; fifth, acidification and fracturing are effective means to increase production in horizontal wells.
