【摘要】:隨著石油工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,水平井開始廣泛應(yīng)用于科學(xué)研究和實際生產(chǎn)中,逐漸成為人們重點關(guān)注的主題。它具有單井生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量高、排油面積大、滲透率高、儲量利用率高、滯礙物和惡劣環(huán)境靈活避開等優(yōu)點,成為油氣田開發(fā)建產(chǎn)的主要方式之一。蘇里格氣田屬于典型的低滲透率、低壓力、低豐度“三低”氣藏,氣井射孔后基本沒有自然產(chǎn)能,壓裂改造成為產(chǎn)能建設(shè)的必然選擇。蘇53區(qū)塊作為首個以水平井為主要完井方式的開發(fā)區(qū)塊,急需開展相關(guān)水平壓裂改造工藝技術(shù)的針對性研究與應(yīng)用,為經(jīng)濟有效的開發(fā)建產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)與支撐。本課題在對蘇里格氣田蘇53區(qū)塊地質(zhì)和儲層特征研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了水平井壓裂工藝研究,主要包括利用數(shù)模手段開展壓裂裂縫參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究、對壓裂液體系配方和支撐劑進行優(yōu)化與優(yōu)選、開展了液氮伴注助排參數(shù)的優(yōu)化和強制閉合快速返排放噴制度的優(yōu)化。并開展了新工藝的現(xiàn)場試驗,取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of petroleum industry, horizontal wells have been widely used in scientific research and practical production, and gradually become the focus of attention. It has high single well production, large oil discharge area, high permeability and high reserve utilization. The advantages of hysteresis and abominable environment have become one of the main ways to develop and produce oil and gas fields. Sulige gas field is a typical "three low" gas reservoir with low permeability, low pressure and low abundance, and there is basically no natural productivity after gas well perforation. As the first development block with horizontal wells as the main completion mode, it is urgent to carry out relevant research and application of horizontal fracturing technology. Based on the research and analysis of geological and reservoir characteristics of Su53 block in Sulige gas field, the fracturing technology of horizontal well is studied. It mainly includes the research of fracturing fracture parameter optimization by means of mathematical model, and the optimization and selection of fracturing fluid system formula and proppant. The optimization of the parameters of liquid nitrogen followed by injection and the optimization of forced closed rapid back injection system were carried out, and the field test of the new process was carried out, and good application results were obtained.
