親CO2聚醋酸乙烯基聚合物的設(shè)計與合成

【摘要】:利用超臨界CO2提高原油采收率技術(shù)可實現(xiàn)CO2減排和利用的雙贏。但由于油藏條件下CO2與原油的粘度比過低,極易造成CO2在油藏中的粘性指進,導(dǎo)致石油采收率降低。增稠劑的使用可以有效增大CO2流體的粘度,提高石油采收率,具有很高的研究價值。然而CO2對極性物質(zhì)以及高分子量聚合物的弱溶解性大大限制了增稠劑的使用。本文以RAFT自由基共聚的方法合成一系列醋酸乙烯酯-烷基乙烯基醚的共聚物(PVAc-co-PAVE),并測定了其在CO2中的濁點壓力,從中篩選出在CO2中具有較好溶解能力的聚合物PVAc-co-PVEE。通過與量子力學(xué)從頭算以及分子動力學(xué)模擬結(jié)果的比較,明確了影響聚合物在CO2中溶解性能的關(guān)鍵因素。 另外,本文采用了一種新的合成方案(醇解-;)制備含氟親CO2物質(zhì)醋酸乙烯酯-三氟醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVAc-co-PVTFAc),與文獻中的RAFT自由基共聚法相比,該合成方案成本較低,且能更有效地控制產(chǎn)物分子量及其結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Using supercritical CO2 to improve oil recovery can realize the win-win of CO2 emission reduction and utilization. However, because the viscosity ratio of CO2 to crude oil is too low under reservoir conditions, it is easy to cause the viscosity of CO2 in the reservoir. The use of thickener can effectively increase the viscosity of CO2 fluid and increase oil recovery. However, the weak solubility of CO2 to polar substances and high molecular weight polymers has greatly limited the use of thickeners. A series of vinyl acetate alkyl ethylates were synthesized by RAFT radical copolymerization. The copolymers of alkenyl ethers, PVAc-co-PAVEV, were used to determine the cloud point pressure in CO2. Polymers PVAc-co-PVEEE with good solubility in CO2 were selected. The key factors affecting the solubility of PVAc-co-PVEE in CO2 were identified by comparing with the ab initio calculations and molecular dynamics simulation results of quantum mechanics. In addition, a new synthesis scheme (alcoholysis acylation method) was used to prepare the fluorophile CO2 copolymer PVAc-co-PVTFAcC. Compared with the RAFT radical copolymerization method in the literature, the cost of the scheme is lower. The molecular weight and structure of the product can be controlled more effectively.
