新型天然氣水合物動力學(xué)抑制劑的制備及性能

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有水合物動力學(xué)抑制劑存在的缺點(diǎn),以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮為單體,雙氧水為引發(fā)劑,在氮?dú)庾饔孟?采用溶液聚合法合成了一種動力學(xué)抑制劑,利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室水合物動力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,考察了抑制劑的添加量、過冷度等因素對抑制劑性能的影響,研究了新型動力學(xué)抑制劑與乙二醇復(fù)配的復(fù)合型抑制劑的性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,抑制劑添加量為1 500 mg/L時,在5℃、6 MPa條件下的誘導(dǎo)時間達(dá)213 min,抑制劑溶液在過冷度為9.1℃時的誘導(dǎo)時間達(dá)59 min;10 000 mg/L動力學(xué)抑制劑與15%(w)的乙二醇進(jìn)行復(fù)配,所得復(fù)合型抑制劑的誘導(dǎo)時間比單獨(dú)使用動力學(xué)抑制劑的誘導(dǎo)時間延長了234.0%,具有良好的復(fù)配效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the existing hydrate kinetic inhibitors, a kinetic inhibitor was synthesized by solution polymerization with N- vinyl pyrrolidone as monomer and hydrogen peroxide as initiator under the action of nitrogen.
