頁巖單軸壓縮破壞試驗(yàn)的光纖布拉格光柵測試技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:由于化石能源工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展及其大量燃燒造成的嚴(yán)重環(huán)境污染問題等原因,促使頁巖氣逐漸成為綠色革命的關(guān)鍵能源組成之一。四川盆地龍馬溪組是我國頁巖氣主力開采層位,在頁巖氣開采過程中,針對儲層變形監(jiān)測將有利于指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場頁巖氣開采方案和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等工作。光纖布拉格光柵測量應(yīng)變的方法是近年來被廣泛使用的一種新穎先進(jìn)的實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)變監(jiān)測技術(shù),研究將其運(yùn)用于頁巖單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)并對頁巖表面應(yīng)變進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。結(jié)果表明:(1)光纖布拉格光柵能夠較好地監(jiān)測頁巖表面應(yīng)變變化且環(huán)向應(yīng)變傳遞效率高于軸向;(2)光纖布拉格光柵測試結(jié)果優(yōu)于十字應(yīng)變花,但軸向應(yīng)變變化極易受表面裂縫發(fā)育影響而導(dǎo)致較低傳遞效率;(3)光柵傳遞效率受光柵本身力學(xué)性質(zhì)、粘貼層性質(zhì)及厚度等因素影響。從試驗(yàn)選擇的兩種環(huán)氧樹脂黏膠對比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果中可知,新型555黏膠效果更佳。
[Abstract]:As a result of the continuous development of the fossil energy industry and the serious environmental pollution caused by its massive combustion, The Longmaxi formation in Sichuan Basin is the main mining horizon of shale gas in China. Reservoir deformation monitoring will be helpful to guide shale gas production and safety risk management. Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) method for strain measurement is a novel and advanced real-time strain monitoring technique widely used in recent years. The results show that the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) can better monitor the variation of shale surface strain and the circumferential strain transfer efficiency is higher than that of axial strain transfer efficiency. The fiber Bragg grating is superior to the cross strain pattern. However, the variation of axial strain is easily affected by the growth of surface cracks, which results in a lower transfer efficiency. The transfer efficiency of the grating is affected by the mechanical properties of the grating itself. The effect of the properties and thickness of adhesive layer on the properties and thickness of the adhesive layer was studied. The results of comparison of the two kinds of epoxy resin viscose showed that the new type 555 viscose had better effect.
