多靶點(diǎn)定向井套管下入能力判定和下入條件優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:多靶點(diǎn)定向井的套管串下入過程中,由于套管串其自身結(jié)構(gòu)以及重力、井眼曲率、井斜、井徑擴(kuò)大率、剛性、彈性扶正器等因素,致使管柱串下入過程中發(fā)生變形,導(dǎo)致不同井深處的套管居中度發(fā)生變化,同時(shí)引起套管的摩阻力增加,致使套管串難以下入井底。為此,我們將通過管柱串力學(xué)模型的建立和理論分析方法對(duì)該問題進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)套管串下入難的問題,建立了多靶點(diǎn)定向井套管串整體結(jié)構(gòu)受力狀態(tài)力學(xué)分析模型,運(yùn)用多靶點(diǎn)定向井套管串受力分析理論與方法、定向井套管串下入過程的有限元分析,對(duì)多靶點(diǎn)定向井套管串下入狀況動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行判斷,得出套管串下入條件優(yōu)化理論與方法,根據(jù)此方法做出套管下入能力判定、下入條件優(yōu)化方法和效果評(píng)價(jià)程序編制。本文對(duì)多靶點(diǎn)定向井套管串下入狀況動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,根據(jù)下入狀態(tài)做出套管串下入條件優(yōu)化理論方法。用所編制的套管下入能力判定、下入條件優(yōu)化方法和效果評(píng)價(jià)軟件對(duì)現(xiàn)場喇2-斜PS2916井、喇2-斜PS2728井、喇2-斜PS2828井及喇3-斜PS2805井進(jìn)行力學(xué)計(jì)算,得到4口井優(yōu)化前后的彈性、剛性扶正器位置、個(gè)數(shù)以及套管串總的累積摩阻力,保證了4口五段制定向井、正常工況下套管下入。
[Abstract]:In the process of casing string entry in multi-target directional wells, due to its own structure, gravity, borehole curvature, well deviation, well diameter expansion rate, rigidity, elastic centralizer and so on, the string string is deformed. It leads to the change of casing centrality in different well depths, and the increase of casing friction, which makes it difficult for casing string to enter the bottom hole. We will study this problem through the establishment of string mechanics model and the theoretical analysis method. Aiming at the problem of casing string entering difficulty, a mechanical analysis model of the stress state of multi-target directional well casing string is established. Based on the theory and method of casing string stress analysis in multi-target directional wells, the finite element analysis of casing string entry process in directional wells is used to judge the dynamic state of casing string entry in multi-target directional wells, and the optimization theory and method of casing string entry conditions are obtained. According to this method, the determination of casing casing entry ability, the optimization method of casing entry condition and the programming of effect evaluation program are made. In this paper, the performance of casing string entry in multi-target directional wells is studied. According to the down-entry condition, the theoretical method of casing string entry condition optimization is made. With the developed casing entry ability, the down-entry condition optimization method and the effect evaluation software, the field ra2-skew PS2916 well, the La 2-inclined PS2728 well, are used to determine the casing entry ability, and the effect evaluation software is applied to the field ra2-oblique PS2728 well. The mechanical calculation of La _ 2-skew PS2828 well and La _ 3-oblique PS2805 well is carried out, and the elasticity, the position of rigid centralizer, the number and the total cumulative friction of casing string are obtained before and after the optimization of four wells, which ensures the four five-section directional wells and the casing under normal conditions.
