隴東油田致密油水平井體積壓裂地面配套技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著致密油藏的開發(fā)逐漸深入,常規(guī)壓裂已經(jīng)不能滿足增產(chǎn)的需求,體積壓裂作為一種有效的開發(fā)手段,越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。長(zhǎng)慶油田公司為加大油田開發(fā)和產(chǎn)量可持續(xù),于隴東油田實(shí)施水平井體積壓裂。而致密油水平井體積壓裂施工存在占用資源多,施工周期長(zhǎng),施工準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間長(zhǎng),勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,連續(xù)泵注時(shí)間長(zhǎng)以及施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大等難點(diǎn)和問題,需要進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究。本文針對(duì)隴東油田致密油水平井體積壓裂,提出不同規(guī)模、不同工藝的體積壓裂施工組織模式及配套工藝技術(shù),建立了一套完整的體積壓裂地面配套方案和工程技術(shù)配套方法,從而縮短施工周期,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高效作業(yè)效率。本文首先介紹了體積壓裂水平井井場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化擺放方案和施工材料配送、保障方式方法,為體積壓裂施工連續(xù)、快捷施工奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其次通過直接混配型體積壓裂液以及可回收清潔壓裂液配方的研發(fā)推廣,為體積壓裂多段、多次施工用水建立了良好的保障。而后通過體積壓裂泵注系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,開發(fā)出滿足體積壓裂施工的井口注入裝置、高低壓管匯、大排量供液方案、轉(zhuǎn)注泵撬、溶脹罐、主壓車集中控制系統(tǒng)以及施工參數(shù)集中采集系統(tǒng),為連續(xù)施工建立了良好的保障。最后通過遠(yuǎn)程專家指揮決策系統(tǒng)研發(fā)和安全施工技術(shù)優(yōu)化為大型施工和連續(xù)施工建立了安全和技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of dense reservoir, conventional fracturing has been unable to meet the demand of increasing production. Volume fracturing, as an effective development means, has been paid more and more attention. Volume fracturing of horizontal wells is carried out in Longdong Oilfield. However, there are many difficulties and problems in volume fracturing of dense oil horizontal wells, such as taking up more resources, long construction period, long preparation time, large labor intensity, long injection time of continuous pump, and large construction risk, etc. In this paper, for the volume fracturing of dense oil horizontal wells in Longdong Oilfield, the organization mode and supporting technology of volume fracturing with different scales and different processes are put forward. In order to shorten the construction period, a set of complete surface matching schemes and engineering technical matching methods for volume fracturing have been established. This paper first introduces the standardized arrangement scheme of volume fracturing horizontal well site, the distribution of construction materials, and the method of guarantee, which is the continuous operation of volume fracturing. The rapid operation laid the foundation. Secondly, through the research and development of directly mixed bulk fracturing fluid and recoverable clean fracturing fluid formula, Through the optimization of the volume fracturing pump injection system, the wellhead injection device, the high and low pressure pipe sink, the large displacement liquid supply scheme, the transfer pump prying, the swelling tank, are developed. The centralized control system of main pressure car and the centralized collection system of construction parameters, Finally, safety and technology guarantee for large-scale construction and continuous construction is established through the development of remote expert command decision-making system and optimization of safety construction technology.
