油田水處理區(qū)腐蝕規(guī)律及酸化用酰胺類緩蝕劑研究

【摘要】:碳鋼在不同介質(zhì)中的腐蝕機理各不相同,本文從多種介質(zhì)入手,研究碳鋼的腐蝕規(guī)律和機理。實驗分為油田水處理區(qū)現(xiàn)場腐蝕實驗和實驗室靜態(tài)掛片實驗。油田現(xiàn)場實驗分為現(xiàn)場取樣模擬實驗和水處理區(qū)現(xiàn)場投放掛片在線實驗。從水處理區(qū)腐蝕實驗中統(tǒng)計碳鋼在油氣處理廠水處理區(qū)的腐蝕趨勢和規(guī)律。通過實驗室靜態(tài)掛片實驗電化學實驗研究碳鋼在HF介質(zhì)中腐蝕機理,并設(shè)計合成相應(yīng)的酸化用緩蝕劑。緩蝕劑通過硫脲與L-半胱氨酸的;磻(yīng)制備得到,目標主產(chǎn)物為(2-氨基-2-巰基-乙酰基)-硫脲(ASAT)。緩蝕劑分別在1%,2%和5%HF中進行研究;實驗溫度設(shè)計為常溫、40℃、45℃。通過靜態(tài)掛片法、Langmuir等溫吸附線、阻抗譜(EIS)、極化曲線等手段研究碳鋼在HF介質(zhì)中的腐蝕機理以及緩蝕劑的效果和緩蝕機理。采用靜態(tài)掛片法和Langmuir等溫吸附法來研究腐蝕介質(zhì)中緩蝕劑在碳鋼表面的吸附情況,經(jīng)過計算得出緩蝕劑在碳鋼表面的吸附模型為單分子層化學吸附。緩蝕劑在碳鋼表面的吸附反應(yīng)可分為兩種情況:(1)高溫下有發(fā)生吸附反應(yīng)的趨勢但不自發(fā)吸附,(2)低溫下有發(fā)生吸附反應(yīng)的趨勢,可以自發(fā)吸附。通過極化曲線與阻抗譜可以看出緩蝕劑在此系統(tǒng)中起到了一定的緩蝕效果,探究出碳鋼在HF中的腐蝕機理以及腐蝕速率同介質(zhì)溫度、HF濃度之間的關(guān)系,同時分析得出以(2-氨基-2-巰基-乙;)-硫脲為主要成分的緩蝕劑的緩蝕機理。極化曲線表明該緩蝕劑為陽極型緩蝕劑。對比各溫度下的實驗數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),溫度和HF濃度越高,腐蝕電流密度越大,腐蝕速率越快,溫度和氫氟酸濃度會影響碳鋼的腐蝕速率。在光學顯微鏡下觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),碳鋼在各濃度HF介質(zhì)中腐蝕一段時間后會出現(xiàn)均勻腐蝕和點蝕現(xiàn)象,在掃面電鏡下發(fā)現(xiàn)針狀腐蝕產(chǎn)物疏松的堆積在碳鋼表面。
[Abstract]:The corrosion mechanism of carbon steel in different media is different. The corrosion law and mechanism of carbon steel were studied. The experiments were divided into field corrosion experiment in oilfield water treatment area and static hanging sheet experiment in laboratory. The corrosion tendency and regularity of carbon steel in water treatment area of oil and gas treatment plant were analyzed from the corrosion experiment of water treatment area. The corrosion mechanism of carbon steel in HF medium was studied by electrochemical experiment of static hanging sheet in laboratory. The corrosion inhibitor was prepared by acylation of thiourea and L-cysteine. The main product was 2-amino-2-mercapto-acetyl-thiourea. The inhibitor was studied in 1% and 5HF, respectively.
