【摘要】:液化石油天然氣(LNG)氣化時(shí)會(huì)釋放出大量冷能。隨著全球能源短缺、環(huán)境問題加劇以及LNG貿(mào)易量的迅速增長(zhǎng),LNG冷能利用的前景非常廣闊。規(guī)劃LNG冷能利用項(xiàng)目時(shí),需要在可行性研究階段對(duì)冷能利用方案給予充分的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本文針對(duì)我國(guó)目前LNG冷能利用工藝的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)LNG冷能利用技術(shù)的原理和利用方式作介紹,提出本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)。對(duì)LNG冷能利用工藝分析評(píng)價(jià)方法和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行介紹,指出目前主要的幾種方法如能量衡算法、(?)分析法、窄點(diǎn)分析法和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析法等。針對(duì)我國(guó)目前LNG冷能利用現(xiàn)狀,在進(jìn)行實(shí)際評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)應(yīng)注意針對(duì)不同利用方案的特點(diǎn),將多種評(píng)價(jià)方法相結(jié)合,建立系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)體系來評(píng)價(jià)即將建設(shè)的LNG冷能利用項(xiàng)目方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)法建立LNG冷能綜合利用規(guī)劃方案評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)各利用方式的已知數(shù)據(jù),在LNG冷量、工程用地、生產(chǎn)原料供應(yīng)量等條件的約束下,綜合考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)和政策方面的影響,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,得到各方案的靜態(tài)回收期、內(nèi)部收益率等評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù),以便進(jìn)行方案的優(yōu)選。在已建立的LNG冷能綜合利用規(guī)劃方案評(píng)價(jià)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,利用C#程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言對(duì)LNG冷能綜合利用規(guī)劃方案評(píng)價(jià)模型編制計(jì)算軟件,使其能在主流Windows系統(tǒng)下單機(jī)運(yùn)行,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的界面設(shè)計(jì)。該軟件可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同的LNG冷能利用方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),給出每個(gè)方案的最終評(píng)分和綜合評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告。
[Abstract]:With the global energy shortage, environmental problems and the rapid growth of LNG trade volume, the prospects for the utilization of LNG cold energy are very broad. When planning the LNG cold energy utilization project, It is necessary to give a comprehensive evaluation of the cold energy utilization scheme in the stage of feasibility study. This paper studies the evaluation methods of the current LNG cold energy utilization technology in China. The main contents are as follows: first, This paper introduces the principle and mode of LNG cold energy utilization technology, puts forward the main contents and objectives of this paper, and introduces the evaluation method of LNG cold energy utilization technology and the research progress at home and abroad. This paper points out several main methods such as energy balance algorithm. In view of the present situation of cold energy utilization of LNG in China, we should pay attention to the characteristics of different utilization schemes and combine various evaluation methods in view of the current situation of cold energy utilization of LNG in China. A systematic evaluation system is established to evaluate the project scheme of cold energy utilization of LNG to be built. On this basis, a comprehensive plan evaluation model of cold energy utilization for LNG is established by using the method of technology and economy. According to the known data of each utilization mode, the cold capacity of LNG is calculated. Under the constraints of engineering land, supply of raw materials and so on, considering the influence of economy, technology and policy, the model is solved, and the static recovery period, internal rate of return and other evaluation data of each scheme are obtained. On the basis of the established evaluation model of LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization plan, the evaluation model of LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization plan is compiled by using C # programming language. The software can realize the evaluation of different LNG cold energy utilization schemes, and give the final score and comprehensive evaluation report of each scheme.
