【摘要】：隨著吞吐進(jìn)入高周期,歡喜嶺油田稠油油藏地層原有矛盾進(jìn)一步加大,具體表現(xiàn)為:油井近井地帶虧空嚴(yán)重,汽竄通道加大和層間吸汽差異擴(kuò)大等。這些吞吐(或汽驅(qū))井修井作業(yè)時(shí),作業(yè)井往往受到其它注氣井的影響,發(fā)生汽竄,使作業(yè)井不能正常施工作業(yè)。從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有代表性的五口井分別取樣,對(duì)齊40塊的整個(gè)產(chǎn)出液,包括油、水、氣,特別是H2S進(jìn)行一個(gè)初步分析了解。齊40塊蓮花油層原油飽和烴含量為29.8%~30.3%;芳烴含量為31.7%~38.9%;非烴含量為16.2%~20.2%;瀝青質(zhì)含量為15.1%~18.7%。其中膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)總含量平均值達(dá)到了36.1%,表明原油中大分子量的氧、氮、硫等雜原子含量高。對(duì)齊40塊5口汽驅(qū)受效油井進(jìn)行套管氣取樣,并進(jìn)行組份分析,特別是硫化氫含量分析,天然氣(烷烴和烯烴)的平均含量為54%,CO2平均含量是40.2%。H2S的平均含量是0.2535%,最高達(dá)到了6100ppm,所以說H2S的含量是很高的。CO2的高含量也印證了地層水的碳酸氫鈉型水型。蒸汽驅(qū)耐高溫防噴器密封件可耐溫250℃,耐壓35MPa,遠(yuǎn)程液壓控制,可實(shí)現(xiàn)全封、半封,可剪斷隔熱管。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),耐高溫防噴器在防噴器管匯壓力達(dá)到21MPa時(shí),成功剪斷φ89mm油管時(shí)間為3-5s,剪斷φ114mm隔熱管的時(shí)間為5-7s。為防止作業(yè)時(shí)臨井對(duì)作業(yè)井的汽竄干擾,提高作業(yè)效率,降低作業(yè)成本,研制開發(fā)了熱固型高溫防竄劑,該防竄劑以熱固性樹脂做為成膠骨架與無機(jī)物復(fù)合,作業(yè)前擠入油層,在地層溫度下反應(yīng)形成凝膠體后,減小了汽竄通道或高滲透帶的滲透率和孔隙度,消除臨井對(duì)作業(yè)井的井間干擾、提高作業(yè)效率的目的。這種防竄劑具有成膠時(shí)間可調(diào)、耐高溫、封堵強(qiáng)度高、作業(yè)完畢后能夠自動(dòng)降解等特點(diǎn)。

The saturated hydrocarbon content of Lianhua oil in Block Qi 40 is 29.80.30.3; the aromatics content is 31.78.9; the non-hydrocarbon content is 16.220.2; the asphaltene content is 15.1g / 18.7.The total average of glial and asphaltene content has reached 36.1, indicating that the total content of colloid and asphaltene has reached 36.1. High molecular weight oxygen in crude oil, Nitrogen, sulfur and other miscellaneous atoms are high. The casing gas is sampled from 5 steam drive wells in Block 40, and component analysis, especially hydrogen sulfide content, is carried out. The average content of natural gas (alkanes and olefins) is 54. The average content of CO2 is 40.22.H2S is 0.25355.The highest content is 6100ppm.Therefore, the high content of H2S is very high, and the high content of CO2 also confirms the formation water type of sodium bicarbonate steam.
