【摘要】:隨著吞吐進入高周期,歡喜嶺油田稠油油藏地層原有矛盾進一步加大,具體表現(xiàn)為:油井近井地帶虧空嚴重,汽竄通道加大和層間吸汽差異擴大等。這些吞吐(或汽驅)井修井作業(yè)時,作業(yè)井往往受到其它注氣井的影響,發(fā)生汽竄,使作業(yè)井不能正常施工作業(yè)。從現(xiàn)場有代表性的五口井分別取樣,對齊40塊的整個產(chǎn)出液,包括油、水、氣,特別是H2S進行一個初步分析了解。齊40塊蓮花油層原油飽和烴含量為29.8%~30.3%;芳烴含量為31.7%~38.9%;非烴含量為16.2%~20.2%;瀝青質含量為15.1%~18.7%。其中膠質和瀝青質總含量平均值達到了36.1%,表明原油中大分子量的氧、氮、硫等雜原子含量高。對齊40塊5口汽驅受效油井進行套管氣取樣,并進行組份分析,特別是硫化氫含量分析,天然氣(烷烴和烯烴)的平均含量為54%,CO2平均含量是40.2%。H2S的平均含量是0.2535%,最高達到了6100ppm,所以說H2S的含量是很高的。CO2的高含量也印證了地層水的碳酸氫鈉型水型。蒸汽驅耐高溫防噴器密封件可耐溫250℃,耐壓35MPa,遠程液壓控制,可實現(xiàn)全封、半封,可剪斷隔熱管。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場試驗,耐高溫防噴器在防噴器管匯壓力達到21MPa時,成功剪斷φ89mm油管時間為3-5s,剪斷φ114mm隔熱管的時間為5-7s。為防止作業(yè)時臨井對作業(yè)井的汽竄干擾,提高作業(yè)效率,降低作業(yè)成本,研制開發(fā)了熱固型高溫防竄劑,該防竄劑以熱固性樹脂做為成膠骨架與無機物復合,作業(yè)前擠入油層,在地層溫度下反應形成凝膠體后,減小了汽竄通道或高滲透帶的滲透率和孔隙度,消除臨井對作業(yè)井的井間干擾、提高作業(yè)效率的目的。這種防竄劑具有成膠時間可調、耐高溫、封堵強度高、作業(yè)完畢后能夠自動降解等特點。

During workover operation of these wells, steam channeling is often affected by other gas injection wells, and steam channeling occurs. Taking samples from five representative wells in the field and aligning the entire production fluid of 40 blocks, including oil, water, and gas, In particular, a preliminary analysis of H2S was carried out. The saturated hydrocarbon content of Lianhua oil in Block Qi 40 is 29.80.30.3; the aromatics content is 31.78.9; the non-hydrocarbon content is 16.220.2; the asphaltene content is 15.1g / 18.7.The total average of glial and asphaltene content has reached 36.1, indicating that the total content of colloid and asphaltene has reached 36.1. The casing gas is sampled from 5 steam drive wells in Block 40, and component analysis, especially hydrogen sulfide content, is carried out. The average content of natural gas (alkanes and olefins) is 54.
