英臺氣田井下防凍堵技術研究

【摘要】:英臺氣田2009年開始開發(fā),前期該區(qū)氣藏采氣工藝多是沿用普通的氣藏開發(fā)模式,在開發(fā)過程中普遍存在水合物凍堵現(xiàn)象,為解決凍堵問題,前期主要采用的抑制劑法中的熱力學防治方法(注甲醇),其用量大、成本高、有效期短,具有毒性等,對安全、環(huán)境等影響很大,因此需要開展英臺氣田井下防凍堵技術研究,使氣藏得以合理、高效、科學的開發(fā)利用。本研究系統(tǒng)評價了英臺氣田井下凍堵機理,研究并優(yōu)選了解決辦法,解決的凍堵問題。一是明確了英臺氣田水合物生成主控因素,英臺氣田天然氣組分以甲烷為主,壓力、溫度是水合物生成的主控因素,受產(chǎn)水量影響較小,凝析油在不同井況下影響不同。二是應用wellflo析軟件建立井筒計算模型,對井下深度-溫度-壓力等水合物生產(chǎn)的主控因素進行了預測,結果與現(xiàn)場情況吻合度較高,并明確了提高氣量解堵方式不適合英臺氣井水合物解堵。三是優(yōu)選JL-PVV-1新型水合物抑制劑,進行室內(nèi)壓力、過冷度、抑制劑濃度、凝析油影響等實驗評價,同效果情況下濃度僅為甲醇和乙二醇的1/5-1/8,對水合物生產(chǎn)有較強抑制作用。四是建立了井下節(jié)流參數(shù)計算模型,可定量計算井口外輸壓力、井下節(jié)流油嘴嘴徑、井下節(jié)流下入深度等參數(shù),并在英G井上初步試驗成功。本研究形成的成果在現(xiàn)場得到有效應用,取得較好效果,一定程度上解決了氣井井下凍堵這一較為復雜和艱難的工程問題,確保了氣田正常生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In 2009, Yingtai gas field began to develop. In the early stage, gas recovery technology of gas reservoir in Yingtai gas field is based on the common gas reservoir development model. In order to solve the problem of frozen plugging, the phenomenon of hydrate freezing plugging is common in the development process of Yingtai gas field. The thermodynamics prevention and cure method of the inhibitor method used in the early stage (injecting methanol with large amount, high cost, short validity period, toxicity, etc.) has great influence on safety, environment and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the technology of anti-freezing and plugging in Yingtai gas field downhole. This study systematically evaluates the mechanism of freezing plugging in Yingtai gas field, studies and optimizes the solution, and solves the problem of freezing plugging. First, the main controlling factors of hydrate formation in Yingtai gas field are defined. The composition of natural gas in Yingtai gas field is dominated by methane, the pressure and temperature are the main controlling factors of hydrate formation, the influence of water production is small, and the effect of condensate oil is different under different well conditions. Secondly, the wellbore calculation model is established by using wellflo software. The main controlling factors of hydrate production, such as depth, temperature and pressure, are predicted. The results are in good agreement with the field conditions. It is determined that the method of removing gas plugging is not suitable for gas hydrate removal in Yingtai gas well. Third, JL-PVV-1 new type hydrate inhibitor is selected for indoor pressure, undercooling, inhibitor concentration, condensate effect and so on. Under the same effect, the concentration of methanol and ethylene glycol is only 1 / 5 / 1 / 8 of that of methanol and ethylene glycol, which has a strong inhibitory effect on hydrate production. Fourthly, a calculation model of downhole throttling parameters is established, which can quantitatively calculate the outlet pressure and nozzle diameter of downhole throttle nozzle. The downhole throttling depth and other parameters have been tested successfully in YingG well. The results obtained in this study have been effectively applied in the field, and good results have been obtained. To some extent, it solves the complicated and difficult engineering problem of freezing plugging in gas wells and ensures the normal production of gas fields.
