酸性條件下瓜爾膠交聯(lián)體系研究

【摘要】:實(shí)施注二氧化碳?xì)怛?qū)的低滲透油藏在多次壓裂的過程中會出現(xiàn)地層酸化,導(dǎo)致瓜爾膠壓裂液無法交聯(lián)。針對這一問題,以羥丙基瓜爾膠HPG為主劑、HPAM為輔劑,采用甲醛預(yù)處理聚合物,在模擬酸性條件下對交聯(lián)體系的交聯(lián)劑種類進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選,通過研究交聯(lián)劑、稠化劑用量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素對體系交聯(lián)效果的影響研發(fā)了一種酸性條件下的交聯(lián)體系,并考察了該交聯(lián)體系的成膠性能和攜砂性能。研究結(jié)果表明,在酸性(pH=3數(shù)5)條件下,交聯(lián)體系的最佳配方為:HPG用量1.6%、HPAM用量0.2%、甲醛用量0.3%、間苯二酚0.5 g/L,甲醛預(yù)處理時(shí)間為3數(shù)5 h;該體系交聯(lián)前的黏度為100 m Pa·s,流動(dòng)性好,在65℃條件下交聯(lián)反應(yīng)5 h后的黏度高達(dá)2000m Pa·s,成膠性能良好;該體系具有良好的攜砂性能,在65℃下支撐劑在交聯(lián)前體系中的沉降速率是在交聯(lián)后體系中的31倍。
[Abstract]:Formation acidification will occur in low permeability reservoirs with carbon dioxide gas flooding during multiple fracturing, which leads to the failure of cross-linking of guar gum fracturing fluid. In order to solve this problem, the hydroxypropyl guar gum HPG is used as the auxiliary agent. The kinds of crosslinking agents in the crosslinking system were optimized by using formaldehyde pretreatment polymer under simulated acidic conditions. The amount of crosslinking agent and thickener was studied. The influence of reaction time on the crosslinking effect of the crosslinking system a crosslinking system under acidic conditions was developed. The gelation and sand carrying properties of the crosslinking system were investigated. The results showed that the crosslinking system was prepared under the condition of pH 3 ~ 3 ~ (5).
