煤層氣集氣站PLC控制系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:煤層氣是近年來在國際上崛起的新興潔凈、優(yōu)質(zhì)能源。煤層氣的定義可以表述為主要成分以甲烷為主、存在形式一般是吸附在煤基質(zhì)顆粒表面、儲存在煤層中的烴類氣體。煤層氣的開發(fā)利用在各方面都具有很多的好處:一方面它是一種潔凈的能源,與天然氣混輸混用,幾乎不會產(chǎn)生任何廢氣。另一方面煤層氣很安全,在采煤之前先開采煤層氣,可以大幅度的降低瓦斯爆炸概率。由于煤層氣的熱值遠遠高出通用煤,可以更高效的轉(zhuǎn)化為可以使用的熱能,因此煤層氣具有巨大的商業(yè)價值。基于煤層氣的多個優(yōu)勢,煤層氣開采成為一項極其有意義的項目。煤層氣集氣站作為煤層氣開采的基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建,如何更為合理高效的對集氣站進行監(jiān)控管理也就顯得尤為重要;诖,本文研究設計了煤層氣集氣站PLC控制系統(tǒng)。通過對冗余技術(shù)的研究和設計有效增加本集氣站控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性。冗余上位機系統(tǒng)以及最新冗余PLC S7-400 H的使用將實現(xiàn)監(jiān)測畫面的無擾動切換,斷電數(shù)據(jù)不丟失的無縫連接。本文完成了硬件配置、軟件編程、上位機平臺搭建的全套研究工作。S7-400 H硬件組態(tài)與通訊過程為整個集氣站控制系統(tǒng)的設計研究做好了硬件準備。學習研究各個硬件模塊的功能及使用方法,完成了對40余個硬件的組裝配置和與上位機間的通訊。并進行了硬件配置情況的測試工作以驗證設備是否可以正常運行。在STEP7平臺上使用FBD功能塊編程方式編寫下位機PLC程序完成采集現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)并與上位機對應的參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)進行匹配連接的工作。通過學習PLC工程量轉(zhuǎn)換方法編寫程序功能塊加快了程序運行速度,實現(xiàn)程序的模塊化與簡潔化。完成了使對應端口數(shù)據(jù)上傳顯示到上位機界面,并可通過上位機控制現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的工作。上位機煤層氣集氣站數(shù)據(jù)采集及監(jiān)控平臺開發(fā)依托組態(tài)軟件WinCC進行平臺監(jiān)控界面的設計與實現(xiàn)。完成了本煤層氣集氣站監(jiān)控平臺HMI中變量管理、界面編輯、報警功能、生成報表以及用戶管理等功能使用。設計出了一套界面友好的、直觀易于操作的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)平臺。從而達到便于進行實時監(jiān)測現(xiàn)場設備參數(shù)狀態(tài)、方便快捷的實現(xiàn)報警并且生成報表等多種功能的目的。本文整體完成了煤層氣集氣站PLC控制系統(tǒng)的研究設計,實現(xiàn)了一套集合硬件與軟件可直接應用于工藝現(xiàn)場的設備,課題研究具有一定的實際應用價值。
[Abstract]:Coalbed methane (CBM) is a new and clean and high quality energy source rising up internationally in recent years. The definition of CBM can be described as methane as the main component, which exists in the form of adsorption on the surface of coal matrix particles. Hydrocarbon gases stored in coal seams. The exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane has many benefits in many ways: on the one hand, it is a clean energy source mixed with natural gas, and it produces almost no exhaust gas. On the other hand, coalbed methane is very safe. Mining coal bed methane before coal mining can greatly reduce the probability of gas explosion. Since the calorific value of coal bed methane is far higher than that of common coal, it can be converted more efficiently into usable heat energy. Therefore, CBM has great commercial value. Based on the advantages of CBM, CBM mining has become an extremely meaningful project. How to monitor and manage gas gathering stations more reasonably and efficiently is particularly important. The PLC control system of coalbed gas collecting station is studied and designed in this paper. Through the research and design of redundancy technology, the reliability of the control system of this gas collecting station is improved effectively. The redundant upper computer system and the use of the latest redundant PLC S7-400H will be realized. Now monitor the screen without disturbance switching, This paper completes the hardware configuration, software programming, The hardware configuration and communication process of S7-400H has made the hardware preparation for the design and research of the control system of the whole gas gathering station. More than 40 hardware have been assembled and communicated with the host computer, and the hardware configuration has been tested to verify whether the equipment can run normally. The programming mode of FBD function block is used on STEP7 platform. The PLC program of the lower computer completes the work of collecting the field data and matching and connecting with the corresponding parameter data of the upper computer. By studying the method of PLC engineering quantity conversion, the program function block can accelerate the running speed of the program. To achieve the modularization and simplicity of the program. Completed the corresponding port data upload and display to the upper computer interface, The design and realization of the monitoring interface of the platform based on the configuration software WinCC is carried out, and the monitoring of the CBM gas collection station is completed by the development of the data acquisition and monitoring platform of the upper computer coal bed methane collection station. Variable management in HMI, Interface editing, alarm function, report generation and user management are used. A set of interface friendly, intuitionistic and easy to operate monitoring system platform is designed. In this paper, the research and design of PLC control system for CBM gas collecting station is completed, and a set of hardware and software is realized, which can be directly applied to the process site. The research of this subject has certain practical application value.
