梳型聚合物降濾失劑的合成及其在深井鹽水鉆井液中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對當(dāng)前抗溫抗鹽聚合物降濾失劑在高濃度鹽、二價(jià)鹽存在下降濾失性能不夠好的問題,以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚400、丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸為單體,采用水溶液聚合法合成得到無色透明黏稠的液體梳型聚合物降濾失劑DMP-1,其有效含量為30%。對其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征表明,大分子單體APEG400與單體AMPS、AM參與了反應(yīng),形成了梳型聚合物,且聚合反應(yīng)進(jìn)行完全。熱重分析表明,該聚合物熱分解溫度為310℃。與常見抗溫抗鹽聚合物降濾失劑DSP-2、Driscal D、PAMS601進(jìn)行的對比評價(jià)結(jié)果表明,該降濾失劑水溶液180℃高溫老化后黏度降低率小于42.0%,抗溫達(dá)200℃,抗鹽達(dá)飽和,抗氯化鈣達(dá)3%,與DSP-2等常見抗溫抗鹽聚合物降濾失劑相比,其抗飽和鹽、抗鈣離子的效果更加顯著。在涪陵地區(qū)泰來201井和永興1井三開鹽膏層段及四開高溫井段鉆進(jìn)中的應(yīng)用表明,在高溫、含鹽、含Ca2+情況下降濾失效果顯著,降低了鹽水/鈣處理鉆井液的API濾失量和高溫高壓濾失量,保證了安全施工,在深井、飽和鹽水/鈣鹽鉆井液中具有良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the current temperature resistant and salt resistant polymer filtrate reducers are not good enough in high concentration salt and divalent salts, allyl polyoxyethylene ethers 400, acrylamide and 2-acrylamide -2-methylpropanesulfonic acid are used as monomers. A colorless, transparent and viscous liquid comb-type polymer filtration reducer DMP-1 was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization. The effective content of DMP-1 was 300.The structure characterization of DMP-1 showed that the macromonomer APEG400 reacted with the monomer AMPSS-AM to form a comb-type polymer. The polymerization reaction was carried out completely. The thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer was 310 鈩,
