葉輪式井底盤閥脈沖射流鉆井工具性能分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步提高鉆井效率,基于井底不對(duì)稱流場(chǎng)在清巖與輔助破巖等方面所具有的良好效果,設(shè)計(jì)了一種以小型水動(dòng)力葉輪為驅(qū)動(dòng)力來(lái)源的葉輪式井底盤閥脈沖射流鉆井工具,并通過數(shù)值模擬及試驗(yàn)對(duì)水動(dòng)力葉輪與該射流工具進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。利用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Pumplinx對(duì)葉輪區(qū)域進(jìn)行了全工況數(shù)值模擬,通過分析內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)的壓力、速度以及湍動(dòng)能的分布特性,總結(jié)了葉輪轉(zhuǎn)速與阻力扭矩及軸向力之間的響應(yīng)關(guān)系;通過在該射流工具進(jìn)口段布置導(dǎo)流塊、對(duì)葉片輪轂端進(jìn)行光順處理以及選取合適的葉片包角等優(yōu)化措施,讓葉輪進(jìn)口流場(chǎng)得到改善的同時(shí),提高了葉輪的水動(dòng)力特性并消除了部分軸向力。模擬結(jié)果顯示,初始葉輪在75r/min轉(zhuǎn)速下可克服的自然負(fù)載阻力扭矩從1.07N·m提高到3.93N·m。研究結(jié)果表明,所述優(yōu)化方案能大幅提高葉輪式井底盤閥脈沖射流工具的脈沖性能,優(yōu)化效果十分顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve drilling efficiency, based on the good effect of bottom hole asymmetric flow field in rock cleaning and auxiliary rock breaking, a kind of impeller type well chassis valve pulse jet drilling tool with small hydrodynamic impeller as driving force source is designed. The hydrodynamic impeller and the jet tool are optimized by numerical simulation and test. The full-condition numerical simulation of impeller region is carried out by using computational fluid dynamics software Pumplinx, and the pressure of internal flow field is analyzed. Based on the distribution of velocity and turbulent kinetic energy, the response relationship between impeller speed, resistance torque and axial force is summarized, and the flow guide block is arranged in the inlet section of the jet tool. The optimization measures such as fairing the hub end of the blade and selecting the proper blade envelope angle can improve the inlet flow field of the impeller, improve the hydrodynamic characteristics of the impeller and eliminate some axial forces. The simulation results show that the flow field of the impeller is improved and the axial force of the impeller is eliminated. The natural load resistance torque of the initial impeller can be overcome from 1.07N 路m to 3.93N 路m at 75r / min rotational speed. The results show that the proposed optimization scheme can greatly improve the pulse performance of the impeller well chassis valve pulse jet tool, and the optimization effect is very remarkable.
